"We arrived at 11:30 on December 13th. They called in the morning asking for our whereabouts, which was a very thoughtful touch. A big shout-out to the front desk lady; she was beautiful and lovely, spoke softly, and had an incredibly good attitude. When we went out, there was also a driver, Master Huang, for transfers. He was very enthusiastic and had an excellent attitude, dropping us off right downstairs. I was in a hurry when I left and forgot my setting powder. Although it wasn't expensive, it was brand new. I called them, and they immediately sent it to me via SF Express. The service was top-notch. It's probably off-season now, so breakfast wasn't a buffet; it was served individually. There was also a special fried noodle dish. The next day, we saw that Wangxian Valley had caught fire, which was such a pity. I hope it recovers quickly. The place is great for photos. I also wish the establishment all the best."
