"Here's some advice for fellow travelers: When visiting Huangling, it's definitely best to stay at one of the scenic area hotels for at least one night. This way, you can use the 'green channel' to go up the mountain, and your accommodation includes admission and cable car tickets, which is a great value. The hotel also has electric shuttle carts to take you directly to your room, and the bellhops are very polite, helping with luggage and introducing the scenic area and room features. You can arrive at noon, explore the scenic area in the afternoon, enjoy the night views and local snacks in the evening, capture the morning mist, and then spend another half-day exploring. This is enough for a deep, unhurried experience. Also, there's no need to book a full mountain-view room. I don't think it's worth paying extra just to see the scenery from your window. Any room will do, as soon as you step out of the hotel, there's scenery everywhere, and all the best '晒秋' (sun-drying autumn harvest) photo spots are completely free. The scenic area hotels and cable cars here are all managed by the same company. The original residents have all relocated down the mountain, and their old houses have been converted into hotels and shops. 1. The breakfast selection is rich, with many local specialties. It's really pleasant to enjoy a warm, satisfying meal before heading out to stroll and take beautiful photos. 2. The rooms are clean and tidy. They are converted old houses of the original residents, but they are very tastefully designed and spacious, clean, tidy, not damp, and bright. It's definitely worth staying, even if just for one night. 3. The bathroom is also clean, with a smart toilet, stable water pressure, very hot water, and clean bedding, making for a very comfortable sleep. 4. The butler service is excellent. They contact you with important information before check-in, everything is well-organized, and they answer questions patiently. Oh, and guests celebrating their birthday on that day even receive a special small gift, which is a very warm touch."

"This B&B must be given full marks. It is a B&B with only five rooms, a large single-family villa. It was newly opened this year. The rooms are very clean and warm. The lady boss was very warm and friendly. She went to the countryside at around 6 o'clock in the morning and bought us the most authentic steamed cakes, tofu buns, and fried dough sticks wrapped in glutinous rice cakes, as well as dishes she cooked herself. After breakfast, she treated us to Wuyuan green tea, which made us feel like home."

"Stayed here in end Oct. A very beautiful homestay and excellent service. Reception staff was extremely patient and helpful with our enquiries. Welcome fruits & drinks, disposable tub cover, bath salt sachet, disposable towels and laundry detergent sachets were provided in the room. We can even enjoy a free movie using the projector in the room. Location is very near to Likeng Village and row of eateries along the main road. There is also a convenience store nearby that opens till late. You can buy dried chrysanthemum 皇菊 in beautiful individual sachets from them as souvenirs for RMB3 each. The only downsides were the bed was not so comfortable and the breakfast spread was very limited and the food not warm enough."

"The hotel is ideally located near all major attractions. Though newly opened, the ambiance is incredibly stylish and it offers outstanding value for money. The front desk service was exceptional; upon noticing we were traveling with two children, they kindly upgraded us to a larger family room and thoughtfully included complimentary breakfast. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, perfectly fueling us for our day's adventures. To top it all off, we even received a lovely farewell gift upon departure!"

"The room was very clean, the bedding was superb, soft and comfortable, and I had lived in many five-star hotels that were not as good as this bedding. We upgraded the room with a terrace. In the evening, we had a supper with our girlfriends on the terrace. The proprietress was super caring. I gave suggestions before traveling. It’s even more intimate service to the homestay, very good, I will come to live next time 😄"

"The hotel is quite new and conveniently located right across from Wuyuan Station. The surrounding facilities are still under construction, and while there's a mall next door, it doesn't have many shops open yet—mostly just KFC and Pizza Hut. There isn't a snack street nearby, but food delivery is easy. If you have an electric scooter, it would be great for exploring the area."

"I originally booked a smaller room, but the owner upgraded me to a larger one, which I absolutely loved. I arrived at the high-speed rail station quite late, and the owner personally picked me up, saving me from waiting in line for a taxi. I'm very grateful! 🙏 Environment: The room was very clean, and the decor was lovely, with a charming country cottage feel. I especially loved the courtyard at the entrance; it was beautiful with the lights on at night. Cleanliness: The bathroom was also very clean, and the towels were disposable, which was very hygienic. The toilet was a smart toilet, and they even provided disposable toilet seat covers and toothbrushes – far superior to 99% of guesthouses in every aspect. Service: Wuyuan has a lot of rain, so there are many mosquitoes. The owner thoughtfully provided mosquito repellent and insect repellent. I had a great time in Wuyuan, and the guesthouse was a huge plus for the entire trip. I didn't take many photos of the guesthouse, but the last one is of the Wulao fruit, which was very good and had a unique taste. I recommend everyone try it."

"Traveling with friends with children by car, all the way into the picture, because with children there are requirements for room hygiene and environment, carefully selected to Ginkgo Valley. The location is very good to find, the front desk and staff are very patient and enthusiastic, the proprietress just came out, it is really fate, actually and the name of Banniang is a word, laughing and talking about meeting separated sisters 😀. We chose the parent-child room. From the front desk, we walked all the way. It was clean and elegant. It seemed to be gently passed by the breeze and moonlight. The scenery outside the window was quiet. The ginkgo branches and leaves were swaying. We knew the sound. It was like playing a leisurely movement with nature. The room was beautiful. The room was clean and tidy, the small table at the door, the small tent in the room, the children played as soon as they entered, the hygiene was in place, the scenery outside the window was pleasant, and they could stay in the room for a day. The smile and care of the service staff are very warm; I want painkillers temporarily, and Ban Niang is too warm and attentive, and I have them. The facilities are exquisite and practical, with ingenuity everywhere. xiqn strolling under the ginkgo tree, drinking tea under the big lawn, time seems to be dyed fresh and elegant, full of comfort and joy."

"I opted for one of their newly opened rooms for this stay. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring I slept soundly right until dawn. What I particularly loved was the Huipai architectural style, with its classic white walls, dark tiled roofs, and charmingly arranged courtyards. The subtle aroma of tea permeated the air, instantly putting me at ease."
