However, the hotel lacks clear signage and is situated within an office building. While there's security on the ground floor, the front desk on the tenth floor is quite spartan.
Food deliveries are permitted to the room after 10 AM. However, after 10 PM, they must be collected from the lobby, which is dimly lit and dark at night, though a security guard is present.
The shower head in the bathroom is fixed and cannot be adjusted for height, forcing you to hold it, which is very inconvenient. It also sprays water erratically. Guests need to check the electric water heater's temperature before showering, and if there are multiple people, expect a wait for the water to reheat between uses.
Additionally, the bedside lamp was non-functional."

"Finally got the chance to rave about this hidden gem in Zhengzhou that I keep coming back to! It's become my 'home base' whenever I'm in Zhengzhou this year!
My first stay was a chance discovery when I came to Zhengzhou to visit a friend. I had originally booked a scenic room and specifically requested 'a room with a good view.' To my surprise, the front desk was incredibly thoughtful and directly upgraded me to a river view room – and that's precisely what made me fall completely in love with this place. Zhengzhou doesn't have many river-view rooms to begin with, and I especially prefer rooms with expansive views, so it truly met all my expectations.
This year is my gap year, and I've traveled to many places. But every time I return to Zhengzhou, I choose this hotel without hesitation. It feels just like 'coming home' to me: the scenery is always soothing, the front desk service is warm and attentive, and the housekeeping aunties always greet me with a smile, which is especially heartwarming.
I checked in yesterday, and it was close to Christmas. The hotel had prepared lots of plushies, and I picked out an adorable little penguin! It reminded me of Joey's cherished penguin 🐧 from 'Friends,' so cute!!! 😍
Being a product under a Spanish brand, it's genuinely excellent. There's even 'Hola!' on the mirror! I wholeheartedly recommend it to all my friends visiting Zhengzhou – whether it's the view, the service, or the ambiance, this place deserves to be seen. I'm already a loyal fan! "The room's soundproofing was poor; I could hear people talking and opening/closing doors in the next room in the hallway, and even coughs were clearly audible. The hotel is located by the road, and I could hear large trucks driving by in the early morning. The hotel air conditioner had a very unpleasant smell when the heater was on, as if the air conditioning ducts were burnt. There was a sign in the hotel elevator advertising a ”treasure trove” service, but when I called to ask, nothing was available. Before check-in, they gave me two bottles of yogurt as a gift. When I extended my stay, the housekeeping didn't even bother to make the bed; they just changed the towels and took out the trash. They didn't even replace the disposable slippers. (I regret not taking pictures.) The service was quite poor."

"Extended another day in this hotel after enjoying two restful nights here, but this time with breakfast. I am pleasantly surprised that it has freshly ground coffee machine at the breakfast bar, and a nice selection of hot veg/meat dishes, which are not common in China hotels. Right opposite the cafe is a small gym. Highly recommended."
