"The front desk check-in process was very strict, requiring real-name and facial recognition to enter, which made me feel incredibly secure. All the in-room amenities were top-notch; the mattress had just the right firmness, the hot water in the bathroom came quickly, and even the hairdryer had plenty of power. Basically, everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided. There were staff on duty 24 hours a day, and there's even surveillance at the entrance, so I felt completely at ease leaving my luggage in the room. The room facilities were excellent – a TV, air conditioning, and a table and chairs were all available, and everything was clean and tidy. Most importantly, the price was super affordable. For anyone on a budget, choosing this place is definitely a safe bet; I genuinely recommend it to everyone! Five stars!!"

"Fantastic experience! The room was spotless, clean, and odor-free! Very comfortable stay! When we checked in, our room was ready on the 21st floor. We were given a room with a great view of the art center and the lake. The butler was very attentive and provided excellent, enthusiastic service. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the mall, so the location is great and very convenient! A good choice overall. The nearby wetland park is also beautiful."

"The room was spacious, and my son and I each got to enjoy a comfortable 1.8-meter bed. The transportation wasn't the most convenient, as I had to figure out my own way to Hengqin Port. The breakfast didn't quite meet star-rating standards, and we didn't get to use the game tokens. The balcony couldn't be opened, so we could only enjoy the view from behind the window."
