"We went as a couple and stayed 3days and 4 nights in this hotel. Locationwise is pretty amazing. Inside of the hotel is huge and well organized. We only had breakfast included but I suggest you to have all inclusive cause the food and variety of cuisine is amazing. The staff is very hospitable and welcome you HOME. They are vey helpful and kind and smily all the time. Thank you Sunrise, We see you soon"

"İnanılmaz güzel bir tatildi. Öncelikle Sharm’a ilk gidişimizdi o sebepten detaylı bilgi vermek isterim bende bu youmlar sayesinde otele karar verebildim, iyi ki de bu oteli seçtim. Sharm otel tatili için gidilebilecek bir yer, Antalya Belek gibi otellerle çevrili ve otelinizin beachi olması avantaj, diğer otellerden transferlerle geldiler ve bu servis saatlerini kovalamak demek, bu sebepten beachi olması çok avantajlıydı denizi de rengarenk balıklarla birlikte yüzebileceğiniz, resifler için dalış rotalarına gitmek zorunda kalmayacağınız güzellikteydi. Ayrıca beachin barında ki Ahmed’e çok özel teşekkürler hergün inanılmaz bir ilgiyle ve özenle içeceklerimizi hazırlayıp, servis etti, hoş sohbetiyle,güler yüzüyle yardımcı oldu bize. Keza beachte ki sandiviçleri hazırlayan Ahmed’e de çok teşekkürler, evet Sharm’ın yarısı Ahmed diğer yarısı Muhammed :) Bu arada bütün çalışanlar inanılmaz özverili ve güleryüzlülerdi herkese çok teşekkürler. Odalar bakıma ihtiyaç duyuyor ancak bence ***et kafiydi, yataklar sertti evet ama garip bir şekilde çok dinlenerek ve sırt ağrısı olmadan uyandım, banyolar belki biraz yenilenebilir otelle ilgili tek ufak nokta bu, tabii temizlik benim için yeniliğinden daha önemli olduğu için çokta önemli gelmedi. Sharma giderken birçok otelin yorumunu inceledim, hepsinde yemeklerden baharatlardan vs şikayetçilerdi biz o sebepten büyük beklentiyle gitmedik yemeklerden yana karnımız doysa yeter diye düşünürken bizi en çok şaşırtan bu nokta oldu. Yemekler i-na-nıl-maz iyiydi. Tabii şöyle bir durum da var, otelin japan mutfağı hariç diğer tüm ala carte restoranları da ekstra ücrete tabi olmadan kullanılabiliyor, bir akşam önceden rezervasyon ile. Ala cartelar inanılmazdı biz o sebepten sadece bir akşam hariç hep ala carte da yedik yemeklerimizi.Özellikle de iki akşamımızı Lebanese (Lübnan) mutfağında değerlendirdik ve muhteşem ötesiydi. Doğu anadolu damak tadına çok yakın yemekler ve inanılmaz iyi bir şefi var mutlaka deneyin. Ayrıca en özel teşekkürün biri de gerek güler yüzü, beyefendiliği ve nezaketi ile Lebanese Mutfağında ki Mohammed El Sayed’e , bizlere lübnana özel lezzet deneyimi yaşatmak için çok misafirperverdi. Hiçbiryere bu uzunlukta yorum yazmam ama biz Sharm ı ve mısırlıların bizlere karşı misafirperverliğini çok sevdik. Umarım size de biraz aydınlatıcı olur yorumlar."

"The location of the hotel and the sea are really beautiful. When I stayed at another hotel in the same week, it was very good to compare the hotels and services of the region. The variety of food was low and the taste was mediocre. As for cleaning, the dinner plates in front of our next room were not taken away for 2 days. The leftovers dried out in that heat. Therefore, the cleaning staff did not even visit the area where we stayed for 2 days. Our room was located in the central area right next to the pool. It's not a hotel I would choose again."

"This resort is not as big as some of those we drive past but it is cosy and the staff are very friendly. We booked half board. The breakfast and dinner variety are wide and the hotel vary some dishes on a daily basis. Food is okay. We had lunch at their seafood restaurant (a la carte) but we felt the food was not as good as those served in the common banquet hall for dinner. The massage was very good and price reasonable. The spa is not worth it as the facials we had were not the kind of facials we are used to. They were very basic and our faces were steamed for a good 15 mins! So hot and uncomfortable. Products used were claimed to be organic but we are not convinced what were used."

"Room: The room is a sea view room, very beautiful, just right to watch the sunrise, which is why I choose to live here. Environment: There is no business going out here. If you don’t order three meals, you can only go to the restaurant to pay for yourself. Travel: If you need to travel, you can book a rental or hotel official car here, but the price is very expensive. There is no Uber in Sharm El Sheikh, and the travel fee is very expensive. Beach: There are fewer people on the beach here, and the corals are not as beautiful as those in places with diving shops. We went to the diving shop to experience it. There are a lot of people there, and it is very lively. The restaurants outside are also very convenient, and the price is reasonable. Cheap. Hygiene: The next day the waiter made us a bath towel and liked it very much. However, there is a pimple under the quilt. I don’t feel very comfortable. I’m more picky. In addition, there is a small blanket in the middle of the quilt. It is not put in a suit, but two sheets are sandwiched. "The renovated rooms (superior) are excellent. Modern, clean and have all the comforts you could need. The staff are friendly, facilities (multiple pools, slides and beach area) are well kept and the private coral reef is a superb spot to do some snorkeling! Food was slightly varied each day and you can book into one of the three restaurants free of charge (once per restaurant) for an A La Carte meal for dinner. We didn't do this due to time restrictions but looked like a good option to add some variety to buffet meals. Predominantly Russian and Italian clientele but all staff speak English. I thought this resort was great value. Enjoy :)"

"The private beach of the hotel is beautiful and you can see beautiful fish in it and you can even snorkel as well The service is a little slow but not bad The breakfast is delicious, the place is very beautiful, the bed is comfortable, the security in the place is excellent, the staff are helpful and cheerful, and the price is excellent for the place. "When we came for dinner on the first night, it was very nice and we were given free freshly squeezed juice. When we came on the second night, we encountered this employee. This employee was very rude. When we came to the restaurant and just sat down, he immediately asked for our room card to print the bill and asked us to sign to confirm the bill. This is very rude. When we asked about the juice, the employee said ”juice and food are charge”. He did not specify that the juice would be charged separately. And the juice we were given was not freshly squeezed. When I asked him about the juice, he said ”I told you” in a very unfriendly and rude tone without a smile. It was an ordering tone. I don't like this. When he asked me to sign to confirm the bill, he kept asking me to write my ”family name”. I wrote my ”family name” in Chinese. Later, he asked me to write it in English in a very fierce way. The whole wonderful trip of the hotel was ruined by him. Very angry. Originally, we had three days of itinerary in Sharm. But we will not choose this hotel again."
