"Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip. Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest. Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity. In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you"

"The apartment room is large, clean and tidy, well-equipped, the bathroom sink is very comfortable to use, and there is a washing machine. The apartment is in a courtyard. In addition to the apartment door, the yard and the unit have a password door, which is more convenient to stay."

"I was only informed that the morning sauna was free, so I paid to use the sauna at night. However, I’m now wondering if guests staying at the hotel were actually allowed to use the sauna at night for free as well, since I heard that other guests using the sauna didn’t pay. it’s amazing that you can stay at a hotel with a sauna included for this price."

"There are many annoying emails for Japanese people who are not good at English, such as online check-in, but overall I would like to stay again! First of all, it may have been a last-minute sale price, but I was lucky to stay in such a clean and spacious room in Helsinki for just over 10,000 yen. It was helpful that the ferry terminal to Tallinn was nearby early the next morning. On the other hand, it is a little far from the center, but it is very close at about 15 minutes by T9. Also, the room is on two floors, and the kitchen is on the first floor. There is also cutlery, so it is easy to eat what you buy at the supermarket! The high-end supermarket near the Moomin shop also has prepared foods, so I recommend it. The second floor is the bedroom. It is a hassle to move to the bedroom, but the sofa in the living room on the first floor is large and very relaxing. Also, there was a type of outlet that had a USB and C type set! It was extremely convenient! The downside is that I was given a card key, but if I was going to check in online, I would have to download the app to get the card key. I didn't bother downloading either. There's nothing in particular nearby, but it was actually nice and quiet. Overall, it was a hotel I'd like to stay at again!"

"Very clean and tidy hotel, very close to Aalto University, it is a serviced apartment, there is a supermarket downstairs, the requirements reserved when booking the room were arranged very satisfactory, there are also entertainment venues on the first floor, billiards, sauna, public kitchen, public meeting room, gym, very convenient and safe, opposite is the supermarket, buying food is also very convenient, the hotel is very cost-effective, next time I will choose here"

"Our family of 4 had a long and truly pleasurable stay in the Folks hotel. The room was nice and cozy and the common kitchen with excellent equipment made cooking own breakfasts and dinners easy. Alppila/Vallila is a beautiful area and downtown was really close with the tram 9. We also used the sauna quite a lot in the evenings. The best part of the hotel was the staff. They were truly wonderful and made us feel comfortable and welcomed every day. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a great hotel-stay."
