"The location was ideal and very close to the central train/bus station. The room was large and comfortable. They prepared a 2L bottle of water per guest, which was great. The check-in might sometimes be trouble(I had to wait more than a half hour…) You will get a cup of drink and a single bread for breakfast. You can help yourself to get coffee or tea."

"The apartment is located in a very quiet area, served by restaurants (both traditional and fast food), pubs, bars, and grocery stores. The B&B has been recently renovated, which is evident in every detail. The room is new and tastefully furnished, and the bed is very comfortable. There is a safe and a Smart TV with free Netflix. The shower is very large with a glass enclosure, and everything is so clean that I felt bad about taking a shower and dirtying such beauty 😅. The room had a small, very comfortable terrace. Available in a common area: water, kettle with herbal teas, coffee pods. Metro Line 2, Piazza Leopardi stop (connected to Napoli Centrale and the port of Pozzuoli) and Metro Line 6, Augusto stop (which takes you to the city center: Piazza Municipio, Maschio Angioino, Via Toledo, the beating heart of this wonderful city) are a short distance away and within walking distance. The ideal location for reaching the Maradona Stadium on foot is the University of Engineering. Please note that shortly before 10:00 p.m., the metro line stops running, so you will need to take a bus or taxi, but transport costs are very affordable. The reception and cleaning staff were very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!"

"We booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house. There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price. We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa. Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view) Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house) Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed. Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay. Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread. The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more.. Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us. If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you Massimo and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour."

"wonderful place to fit a family! Spacious room with comfy bed and spacious restroom. Importantly, there is a lift to the apartment, and everything is new. It’s good for travellers with suitcases. Safe area to walk around in the night and a close walk to metro line 2 and castles near the port. 15-min subway to the historic center and archeological museum. Easy self check-in and out, the owner is very friendly and helpful. Rooms fit with the pictures. It’s your top choice to stay in Naples for sure."

"Within walking distance from Naples Central Station, it is within walking distance to popular pizza specialty stores and long-established seafood restaurants. I was worried about whether I could reach the room in a corner of the residential area, but the owner provided accurate information in advance and I was able to check in smoothly. The room is incredibly beautifully arranged throughout the chaotic city until then, and the room is clean and large. The owner was encouraging to take this request seriously. it's recommended."

"This is the best thing you can imagine in Naples to be in its centre, a step away from the Royal Palace and the opera of San Carlo. A small hotel redesigned from a huge apartment is on the 4th floor of the Humberto 1 Gallery built in the late 19th century. You need to enter through the arch from the side of Toledo Street. The door to the entrance to the left. The ancient staircase is equipped with an elevator. The host was kind, very sweet, waiting for us, but we understood that it was better to inform in advance about the time of his arrival, because he is not there constantly, but only placed and gave us the keys and the placard for food in the cafe under our room, We haven't seen it anymore. The 4 m high rooms have kept authentic doors and windows, the floor meth tiles, the ceiling plasters. The French balcony of our room with huge arch windows went straight into the space of a cross-shaped gallery covered with a high glass roof. The room is very clean, new. We are happy that we have settled so successfully and close to the opera in which we have come"
