"Location: Excellent. It's only a 5-7 minute walk from the airport bus stop, and very close to the JR line and Osaka Station. Just look for the Daikoku Drugstore at the entrance. Facilities: All the essentials are provided. The room is spacious enough to open several suitcases at once, which is a big plus. The beds can also be pushed together. Cleanliness: Good. Service: There are self-service toiletries available in the lobby on the first floor. Breakfast: The breakfast was just okay, not really to my taste, but they do have plain congee (rice porridge), which is good if you have kids who need it."

"After experiencing it firsthand, I absolutely have to leave this review. I previously saw many comments saying the hotel wasn't friendly to Chinese guests, that rooms were poorly located, and that the hotel was dark and hard to see – but none of that was true for me. The front desk staff were very warm and polite. They even helped us take a group photo and made sure we were happy with how it turned out. The room we were given was excellent, on the 10th floor, and perfect for traveling with a child, with both a large and a small bed. The lighting in the hotel lobby and common areas was perfectly adequate. The room was slightly dim, but it certainly didn't impact our stay or use of the room. The hotel has a great design aesthetic, with lush greenery both inside and out – it's really lovely. Plus, the location is close to Shinsaibashi, with luxury brands like LV right outside the door, and a street food alley behind the hotel. It's incredibly convenient, highly recommended!"

"Location was great, just in front of the hotel are 2 train stations including the big Namba station, and just across the road is Kuromon Market, only 5 min walk to Dotonburi and 20 min walk to Shinsaibashi. However, I think the hotel and room is lacking in some details and can be improved in many areas - e.g. the lobby is very small & only has 3 chairs for guests to sit, consider expanding it to have more seating area for the elderly. The beds are not very comfy, my mum had a backache after sleeping on them.. and there is only 1 pillow. Also, the clothes hanging rods doesn't make sense, consider making them side by side instead of one on top of another. There can also be more hanging racks/rods on the walls or inside the bathroom since it's so big. Please consider providing a luggage rack for guests who can't bend down to the floor easily."

"Nice hotel but do not know is near what station or hospital, can hear a lot of siren even at night. There is a resting room with water dispenser, laundry room ( no need bring own detergent) but drying of clothes takes time if not have to look for nearby laundromat. There also a playroom for kids. Is walkable to 2 different station. House keeping and staff are helpful and friendly."

"The hotel's location is very convenient, with the M Line subway station nearby. You can walk to the Shinsaibashi area by crossing the bridge. There are many small restaurants around, and the facilities are good and relatively new. They even have arcade games, washing machines, and ironing boards, which is great for business travelers. My only complaint is that the duvet and cover easily separate, and the hotel doesn't offer a service to make the bed, which would be a nice improvement."

"## Check-in Convenience: Check-in time is 4 PM. When it's time, you can use the email link for self-check-in. You'll receive your room number and key box password, then you can get your key and move in. If you arrive before check-in, the hotel will send the main entrance code in advance. If you have luggage, you can store it in the luggage lockers in the lobby or outside. There are surveillance cameras, and we left our luggage from around 1 PM to 8 PM without any issues. ## Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive. There are pots, pans, plates, chopsticks, and other cooking essentials. Someone even provided plenty of hangers. We asked customer service and confirmed that the tap water is drinkable. For laundry, the room comes with a washing machine and detergent. The most convenient feature is the drying function in the bathroom, which dries clothes overnight. Alternatively, you can hang them on the balcony. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is convenient when multiple people are using them. You can grab missing towels, bath towels, toothbrushes, detergent, trash bags, and other supplies from the cabinets near the elevators on the 3rd, 6th, and 9th floors. You can also iron clothes on these cabinets. Everything has been very thoughtfully considered. ## Service: Customer service responds quickly and speaks Chinese. There's no daily housekeeping, but you can throw trash downstairs or outside your door, and the cleaning staff will collect it. ## Environment: The location is a bit further from the subway than other Dotonbori-area hotels, about an 8-10 minute walk to Nippombashi subway station. The overall property is very new."

"A fantastic location—everything is just right at your footsteps. For a gourmet like me, it’s truly a spot not to be missed! Surrounded by great shopping and with easy access to the Metro station and railway TR, getting around couldn’t be more convenient. I especially loved the laundry room, where clothes can be washed and perfectly dried using the suction machines—such a smart way to free up baggage space before checking out."

"My first stay in Japan felt like home. The facilities are very convenient, and there's a terrace. It's very comfortable to walk out onto the terrace. There's also a washing machine, which is very convenient for family members. I wanted to check out late, and the staff helped me arrange it. It was very thoughtful. I will recommend this hotel to my friends next time they visit Japan. The surrounding environment is quiet, and there is a large home goods store nearby, which is worth shopping. I personally think it's excellent."

You can easily reach other popular attractions in Osaka with just one or two transfers. **Note**: Just a heads-up, there's another Keihan Hotel not far from the subway station, so make sure you don't confuse it with this one."
