"The hotel rooms are large and clean; I always like to stay here when I'm on business trips. Breakfast is served at the same restaurant as the Holiday Inn. The city park near the hotel is beautiful, with a fountain show in the evening, and there are many restaurants on the pedestrian street behind the hotel. The location is excellent."

"This hotel has many European tourists. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. There was one Russian staff member at the front desk who was rude, but the rest of the staff were nice. I think it's a good value for money hotel. The location is also good, within walking distance of Chorsu Bazaar."

"This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in Tashkent. The rooms are clean and spacious! A friend recommended this hotel, so I decided to give it a try. The hotel is 3.5 kilometers from the airport, a convenient 10-minute drive. Several city attractions are within 2 kilometers, and there's a park 200 meters away for a stroll. We arrived early in the morning and were met by a private car. The snacks in the lobby were delicious, as was the fruit and iced water! The hotel also provided interpreters in Chinese, English, and Russian, making communication very convenient. The restaurant is open 24 hours a day, and we enjoyed a Western meal and beer in the starry night room at midnight. It felt cool and quiet on a hot summer night! Breakfast was still very complete at almost 10 a.m., with a variety of Western pastries, fruits, milk, and eggs in various flavors. My experience: Reasonably priced and high-end service!"

"It was my first night in Uzbekistan. I was traveling to Tashkent alone and I didn’t know anyone there. Of course, I chose to stay in a hotel visited by Chinese people. The lady boss was super nice. I booked an airport pick-up service, but because the boss couldn’t come due to something urgent, she let me take a taxi and paid for me! The room is also spacious and comfortable, the bed is soft and clean, and there is a large balcony. Although it faces the street, I think it is not noisy when the door is closed. The front desk staff is also very nice. They patiently helped me change the coins. If I have any questions, they are very friendly. Because I only stayed for one night due to the subsequent itinerary, I think I will choose this hotel again next time🥰"

"I booked this hotel stay for my elderly parents. As per my parents upon arrival front desk agent didn’t greet or acknowledge them. Also when I booked this stay I noticed that check in time was after 10 AM and check out was after 2 PM- I was surprised and I called the hotel to confirm this information and I wanted to let them know that my parents will be arriving earlier than 10 AM ( I was ready to pay extra if hotel wanted) but hotel representative told me that their check in time is after 2 PM and check out is by 10 AM in the morning-representative said he will “think of something”, that I shouldn’t be worried! I immediately called trip.com customer service line and I was able to confirm that because of my “Rewards” I was eligible for privileged check in/out times, so dear front desk agent Bekhzod if you don’t know please don’t give an impression that you are doing an exception / favour for somebody - it had nothing to do with you! Negative aspects: —-＞I booked specific room with brown furniture but my parents stayed in the same size room but with Grey furniture (just note You are not getting same thing as in picture here) —-＞ There were 3 shower heads in the bathroom and the main one( rain shower head ) wasn’t working! Positive aspects: —-＞ Trip.com claims that this hotel doesn’t have an elevator but they do and a nice, huge, mirrored one! —-＞ Cleaning lady and maintenance gentleman were kind and attentive. —-＞ Front desk agent Bekhzod was really patient with my mentally ill father and he is the one who constantly helped my parents to order Yandex taxi service ( Thank you so much ) —-＞ Breakfast was good but pastries were better —-＞ There is a supermarket called Korzinka nearby, you can just walk there! Overall everything was ok but I wouldn’t stay here for future trips to Tashkent"

"I rarely comment on hotels but I have to comment on this one. This hotel is opened by our Chinese. I usually don’t live in hotels opened by Chinese people abroad. Because there are more pits, this room is very large. The proprietress is very good and introduced various places to play and eat in Tashkent. Compared to the hotel in Tashkent, it is simply a hotel for more than 1,000 nights. Blood earned! Before coming, I looked at it on the Internet. I met an uncle who worked on the road. It can be said that we are the base camp of Chinese people. Breakfast is Chinese. There are noodles and fruits. The only drawback is that the network is slightly slower. This should be a common problem in this country!"

"Very satisfied, the room was large and clean, the breakfast was very rich and delicious. The service attitude is very good. Chinese will be a little bit. English is very good and Russian is very good! ! The only soundproofing is average, but there are not many rooms in this hotel and I am very satisfied! Recommended recommendation"

"I booked this hotel for a friend on a business trip, and they gave it excellent feedback. It's a Chinese-managed hotel, which made everything very convenient. The staff speak Chinese and can even assist with Som currency exchange. The availability of Chinese-speaking staff also meant my friend felt confident exploring the city without worrying about language barriers or getting lost. The room itself was comfortable and very quiet, with powerful air conditioning. Housekeeping was also very prompt. Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM and offered a generous spread. The hotel boasts a very convenient downtown location, with easy access to transportation and numerous dining options nearby. My friend highly recommends this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again."
