Beware of this hotel. The hotel practices overbooking. I had a room booked at this hotel for two months. Three days before arrival, the hotel canceled my reservation. I suspect it was because I booked the room at a very good price.

I can’t praise the customer service at this place enough. I got stuck in Vilnius because of car rental problems and was going to miss my check-in. Being alone in a foreign country and trying to figure out how to reach Klaipėda that same evening was honestly pretty stressful. While I was messaging the hotel to let them know I’d be late, they went out of their way to check train and bus options for me without me even asking. That kind of care and initiative is rare these days. On top of that, they kindly refunded the first night I missed because there were no late connections to Klaipėda and I had no choice but to stay in Vilnius. If you want to feel genuinely cared for, safe, and welcome, I highly recommend this hotel. Much love to the lovely guardian angels at the Ararat Hotel reception!

Liked · The hotel in itself is very posh. The staff at the reception was very friendly. There is enough parking in front of the hotel for a nominal fee or you can park at the side of the hotel for free. The hotel restaurant was also quite good. The breakfast was amazing. There were quite a lot of varieties to choose from and vegetarian options were also available. The rooms were big with enough place to move around and store luggage. The location is also quite good and there is no noise in the night so you can sleep peacefully. Disliked · The TV provided was not the latest and greatest. Could have been better considering rest of everything was quite modern. This is not a negative point but just something to point out which does not have any influence on my stay or my rating.

We enjoyed our stay here and will come back. Good location, clean and comfortable and friendly staff. Would happily recommend this hotel. Whether you're a seasoned traveller or a first-time visitor to Lithuania, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for a memorable stay.

Very good hotel near city centre. Near quiet street and park. Nice and clean room. Free parking near hotel restaurant. Kitchen with everything You need. Good restaurant for dinner. Nice coffee and good breakfast.

My stay in this hotel is rather mixed. When I checked-in, the staff who admitted she was new to the hotel had difficulty understanding and speaking in English. I asked where the aircon swtich is but she could not comprehend and dont know what I meant. When I went back after dinner, another staff was manning the reception and told me there is no aircon turned on. I have to open my windows. However since my room is located at the back and in front of parking, I can hear the cars parking, even if they assign a room at the other side, it is still noisy with windows open. Was not able to sleep due to noise outside. The room looks like a hostel, quite old, smells woody. The mattress spring seems like giving up. The water pressure at the bathroom is weak, will take some time to finish shower. The room is not well lighted up well, bit dim. And I also read that the park in front was a former cemetery. In terms of location, it is quite a walk to old town (20minutes or more), have to take a bus. The reason I gave 2 not 1 star is because of its affordable price and a good breakfast. If I would stay again at Klaipeda I would not stay here, maybe Ill add a few bucks for more comfort,

The hotel staff is exeptional, I’ve never in my life (in any country or any hotel) experienced such friendly front desk staff. They were very polite, helpful, supportive. It’s worth staying here just for that. The room (business apartment) was very clean, a little bit outdated, not modern, but the cleanness was 10/10. The breakfast was good, wide choise, and a very nice outside area to have it at. The hotel interior is very cozy. The location was good, just 10 minutes away from the main street, which is perfect if you want to reach the center fast, but also have quitness in the evening.

Es handelt sich bei den Zimmern um kleine Appartments mit Küchenzeile, sodass das Zimmer riesig war. Es war sauber, aber das Mobiliar war in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer lag zum Hof und war somit ruhig. Parkplätze konnte man im Voraus nicht buchen, allerdings wurden uns die Parkmöglichkeiten rund um das Hotel mit Kosten genannt. Da im Hof alle zum Hotel gehörenden Parkplätze belegt waren, durften wir in der Nebenstraße beim Eingang das Restaurants kostenlos parken. Die Stadt ist fußläufig erreichbar und wir können das Hotel empfehlen.

Tolles Hotel, große Zimmer, stilvoll. Im angeschlossenen Restaurant gibt es sehr leckeres Essen und das für ein Hotelrestaurant zu erstaunlich günstigen Preisen, wir waren an beiden Tagen dort. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, zum Erkunden der Stadt muss man allerdings ein paar Minuten Fußmarsch in Kauf nehmen. Preis und Leistung passen absolut.

Das Hotel liegt noch in Gehweite zur Altstadt von Klaipeda (ca. 15 min zu Fuß). Die Ausstattung des riesigen Zimmers mit Küchenzeile, Sofa und großem Bett ist vom Design her ungewöhnlich, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es gab zunächst nur eine - für das Bett viel zu schmale - Decke, im großen Schrank fand sich eine zweite. Das Bad ist sehr groß und hat hier endlich einmal ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind in der Seitenstraße zu finden - aber nur begrenzt vorhanden und auch nicht reservierbar. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und das Personal sehr freundlich.
