The bathroom is a bit less clean, there is no water heater or it doesn't work, it's a bit dusty on the window glass and curtains, and there are some belongings of previous guests left in the cupboard locker, the room is not soundproof, the sound from outside is very loud, it's a bit disturbing, the elevator often queues together with the cafe staff in the rooftop area or maybe there is an event there at the same time so access is busy. Moreover, some of the accommodation staff and cafe staff on the rooftop floor often go back and forth in the elevator area. But overall it's quite comfortable, complete facilities, and easy access to the location, near the mall area.

A fairly good place to stay, there are several cases that I experienced, the first shower was not working but I immediately reported it to the receptionist and finally it was fixed & it worked, breakfast was quite good but hopefully the menu will be improved again, the drinks are also not a glass of Aqua water, at least iced tea etc. because the rent is also quite pricy per night. but overall it's good

A newly built hotel. It's so great that it has these facilities for this price. The location is close to the mall and safe. I think they'll add toilet paper and telephones in the future. However, there's a high school right in front, so it gets noisy after 6 o'clock.

Hello, I booked six nights and left on the first night. The staff were very bad. I came with my friend and they refused to let me in even though she was carrying her national ID without reason. They informed the police that I had my friend in the room at the time. I had a problem with them. They are very bad. I do not recommend this hotel at all. The location and cleanliness are not attractive. I left after one night and they refused to refund the remaining amount.
