Marriott Knoxville Downtown

Really good location, just a little tricky finding the drive in entrance from Google maps. Clean and spacious room, great view, nice surrounding area for walking.

Everything was excellent! Friendly staff!! 

Food was great, some bartenders not real friendly, bar area around stools very dirty at floors and on bar around bar area.

Wish there was a pool! Staff was lovely, valet parking was required, and everything downtown was walkable.

Room was great. Location near busy roads was a problem with traffic noise. Motorcycle racing till 11PM. Could not change room but was offered earplugs. I’m assuming the noise on street side rooms is a common problem. That is my only complaint.

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was super easy. Loved that I could check out on their app! The only reason I gave 4/5 stars were because the beds and pillows kind of ******. It was hard to get comfortable

The staff was courteous and efficient. The rooms was very clean and well appointed. The property was the ideal location for our visits to downtown Knoxville.

I was very disappointed with this property. When we arrived at 6:30 pm, they did not have any rooms that could accommodate 2 adults and a teen, despite having a reservation for months. They offered us a room with a pullout couch, but room service was no longer available, and the pullout wasn’t made. I had to request that they send someone with sheets to set up the bed. . Then there was a chirping sound all night in the room. Altogther very disappointing for a Marriott property.
