Lovely breakfast and amazing place I order a smoothie bowl, a pineapple and banana shake and some coffee, it was so delicious. The staff at the place, are very helpful and kind. Im gonna stay here for 4 weeks. I can definitely recommend the place

My partner and I have just spent 10 weeks at Arthaya Villas. That's right - 10 weeks! We are in our 70s and need to get away for 3 months of the English winter and we always spend that time in Thailand. Arthaya was recommended to us by some German friends who have stayed there twice before (and came again while we were there). They told us we would feel at home and comfortable, and we did. It was just what we wanted and we are so happy we went. Our villa was spacious and had a kitchen and lounge area. The bed was so comfy, the wifi was fast, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Lovely pool and gardens, and beautiful coffee bar where you could eat until 6pm. Just gorgeous! The owner, Ya, is the kindest and most helpful host ever, and her small team of staff are absolutely wonderful. Liam, who keeps the villas immaculate, is always smiling and laughing. Ead, who is the chef, cooks the most beautiful food, and Lid, who can turn his hand to anything is amazing. If you're planning a trip to Koh Lanta, don't hesitate to book here. I can highly recommended it. Oh, and if you see Chatty Cat (small, cute, black and white with a tiny bit missing from her ear) please go and buy her a pack or two of cat food from the first 711 (turn left out of the drive). She'll love you forever, especially if it's the tuna flakes in jelly! Thank you so much Ya and team for a wonderful, relaxing, time!

We (family of 4 adults, 2 teens) had a great 4 night stay here. This was our last stop of 4 island hopping vacation. This was great value for money compared to other places we stayed. We were in a family villa- two rooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living area. They are wonderful clean villas and spacious. The kitchen has stove and oven but I’m not sure anyone would use it with so many great restaurants nearby! The pool and gardens are gorgeous. Pros: - clean rooms -beautiful pool and garden setting -spacious villas -nice table seating outside each villa -cafe has non-dairy options for all drinks! -best smoothie bowl! - 5 mins walk to two fab restaurants: the garden restaurant and Yang Garden -lovely helpful host! Khun Ya is really lovely -Netflix! This was great because my husband was sick for 3 days and wanted to just chill out in the villa. Cons: - not on the beach- it’s about 5-8 mins walk to a beach. If you have kids that are hard to motivate to move, then better to stay on a beach! - possibly a bit understaffed and busy during the peak period. - the villa doors should have mosquito screen door as another layer. It would have been nice to be able to have doors open for air circulation but there was no mosquito screen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner/manager ensures customers expectations are exceeded. Spotlessly clean, great breakfast, super wi fi and a great pool. We would have happily stayed longer. Nice position equidistant between two decent beaches and a 5 min stroll up to half a dozen restaurants. A great find.

We stay there for 1 week. Beautiful garden and rooms. Perfect breakfast and Mrs. Ya is very helpful. There is also a good Cafe with homemade cake. A perfect stay, highly recommended. Also a very nice swimming pool. Around with Secret and Relax two good beaches and many restaurants.
