Rawi Warin Resort in Thailand hosted our destination wedding, and we were thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. As a couple from different countries who met in a foreign land but now reside together, we sought an intimate wedding with 33 guests. Rawi Warin stood out among the 20 resorts we researched on Krabi/Ko Lanta due to its remarkable beauty and elegant ambiance, ultimately leading us to book our wedding there. Throughout the planning process, the resort's communication was frequent and efficient, ensuring all our queries were promptly addressed. Upon our arrival three days before the wedding, we were struck by the well-maintained gardens, picturesque pond, and exquisite buildings, all of which contributed to the resort's appeal. The resort staff was undoubtedly the highlight of our experience, displaying genuine warmth and hospitality. They consistently greeted us with smiles and ensured our needs were met throughout our, and our guests stay. Rawi Warin's wedding package included essential elements such as decor, flowers, stationery, a wedding officiant, wedding cake and a wedding coordinator, making the planning process more streamlined. While an outdoor wedding was not possible due to weather conditions, the resort efficiently transitioned to an indoor setting, which turned out to be equally enchanting. The attention to detail in the wedding arrangements and the quality of service provided by the staff exceeded our expectations. The resort's pool was also a standout feature, and the surrounding natural beauty added to the overall allure. Unfortunately the stay was a little bit tainted by the lack of sleep- we had a room facing the road and were awoken by the hotel security alarm every night between 1-3am. It seemed a dog was setting off the alarm but it was just a bit disappointing that it wasn’t til our 5th night of being woken up that they turned off the alarm Room- overall the room was kept quite clean, and was fairly basic and maybe not as modern as other places. Shower was ok but the temperature was hard to stay constant and kept burning hot Location- on long beach the location was excellent, close to many other restaurants and bars and most people rent bikes to get around this island which I felt safe doing from the hotel Facilities- pool is excellent, beautiful infinity with a view of the beach. Lots of loungers which do get snapped up pretty fast but the hotel has a policy to try to avoid people reserving loungers. Massages also available on the beach next to the pool and hotel restaurant (though more expensive than other places nearby) serves good food and has a good happy hour on its cocktails which are great.

Sri Lanta Resort: Highly recommended Stayed at Sri Lanta Resort for 5 nights and had an extremely enjoyable/relaxing experience. The room was top shelf. Nice big comfortable bed with a fantastic view over-looking the sea. Very clean. Great air-con. Mini-fridge. Balcony. Extremely nice bathroom with double sinks. Give the room two thumbs up. A little bit of a walk up-hill but it’s not a mountain. Easy solution if you rent a scooter. Food was really good. Good balance between Thai and western food. Fruit shakes were on point. Restaurant is on the beach with a great sunset. Ordered room service with a pizza one evening. The manager and staff were beyond amazing. Nice and friendly. When checking-in to the resort, the manager escorted us to the hotel room himself. He was deadly awesome. Providing so much useful information on: what to do, where to go, how to do it etc. Great recommendations during our visit on the island. And extremely helpful. Transport your luggage up and down the hill to & from your hotel room when checking-in & checking-out was a bonus. Also, the staff were exceptional with transportation to and from Ko Lanta (pick up & drop off). Resort is quiet and spacious. A great place to do some relaxing. Chill out on the beach or hang out by the pool; both are nice relaxing options. There are 3 pools on the resort. The hotel is located in the middle of Ko Lanta island. So again, hiring a scooter is recommended. Kept it simple and rented from the hotel itself. Mu Ko Lanta National Park is a 20-minute ride south. Lanta Old Town is a 20-minute ride east. There are a small handful of good restaurants within walking distance too. If you are in the mood for a tasty burger, I highly recommend Hungry Shack just up the road (5 mins walk north). All in all, Sri Lanta is a great resort and highly recommended.

The hotel environment is good, just 10 minutes from the beach across the road. But the beach sand is very coarse. You can catch crabs at night when there is a rock. 711 is also very close. There are a lot of bars around. But what makes me unhappy is that I originally booked two family rooms with 4 beds and didn't see what they were like until I checked out. Just arranged 3 double rooms for us. If you don't understand the language and don't understand, you have to do it.

We had an amazing experience with this hostel. The beds are comfy and clean with a heavy privacy curtain and towel included. There are also lockers for your valuables just outside the dorms. Nothing fancy, basic but perfectly acceptable especially for the price. Breakfast is included which we didn’t expect, they cook eggs to order, every day had a different Thai dish provided as well as toast and jam. Coffee, tea and cakes are available all day as well which saved us a lot of money! The hostel also provides a great service for transfer to other places, scooter rental and day trips. The woman and man working reception were both super friendly and helpful, they gave suggestions of where we should go even if we weren’t paying for a service they provided and asked us every day where we had been and if we enjoyed it. It seems they both love their jobs and love the island so want you to see the best bits. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Very satisfied check-in experience. After arriving at the store, I added 100 RMB a day to upgrade the room type. The room was very big, and I didn't allow an extra bed if I brought a baby, but in addition to the double bed, there was one bed that was enough for an adult to sleep. We used it for stacking things. Air conditioners, electric kettles, hair dryers, umbrellas, hangers are all available, and the separate toilets are also large, with wet and dry partitions. The shower water is not very hot, but compared to the hot weather, it can’t use very hot water. There is a small terrace outside each room where you can dry clothes and drink tea. Although the hotel is not big, the environment is good and quiet. The room faces the swimming pool and the swimming pool faces the sea. The beach is much better than the one in Krabi. You can go barefoot. The sunset by the sea is beautiful. The hotel staff has a very good attitude, breakfast is not rich but full, small hotel suitable for vacation and leisure, nearby 711 convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants, fruit stalls, night market barbecues, and reservations at sea are very convenient. If you are bringing a child on Lanta Island, it is recommended to live in the northern part of the island, which is more convenient for transportation and supporting facilities. The southern part of the island is indeed a bit deserted and it is not very convenient for shopping.

Nice clean rooms with good and reasonably quiet AC. The beds are a bit hard for my taste. You get both beach towels and towels for use in the room. The staff are superb, very helpful and nice and the entire hotel area is well taken care of, clean and maintained.

In the distance, this hotel is in the middle of the island, a fork in the road, not near the sea, not near the mountains, opposite the mountains. Twenty kilometers from the troubles in the north, the hotel car takes five hundred pigs to the dock. There are motorcycles available for rent in the hotel. Two hundred and fifty pigs a day, refueling yourself, gas station No. 91 oil fifty pigs plus one sixth full. You have to ride a motorcycle wherever you go. Three minutes from the 7-11 convenience store is the dirt road. Suitable for small children. Breakfast is very bad, just bread and eggs, fruit plate is still ordered, there is no order, and no matter full, just one, go to the front desk every night to choose what to eat the next day, there are two, the first one is basically 1 Full of water. The second is fried eggs and bread, and there is no Chinese at the front desk. English is Malay English, and especially chicken thief. I lived for four days. On the last night, I went out to eat by motorcycle. The front desk booked 3400 pigs for a day trip, and finally chose TB. Renting a motorcycle also requires a passport. It is estimated that I will not choose here next time, and the price is average. There are few Chinese. Are old Europeans and Americans. very quiet. The sun is nice.

The hotel is very nice, they are all very beautiful single houses, and the facilities are perfect. The hotel swimming pool has a sloping bottom. For the first time, pay attention to the 😄, there are monkeys on the lawn of the hotel, the kind of big family, but remember to close the doors and windows when you go out to play 😄, very comfortable, good service, breakfast is made by order, there is 711 not far from the house, it is very convenient, on that island, it belongs to the upper level, but the price is very low, it is worth staying
