A wonderful hotel. The grounds are all green, and there's a clean pool with a sea view and a path lined with palm trees. The rooms aren't brand new, but they're clean and everything worked perfectly. The room was spacious and bright, thanks to the large panoramic windows. Breakfast is a buffet. It's modest, but you can definitely get your fill. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located. They have their own sun loungers on the beach. All the cafes and shops are nearby. We highly recommend this hotel! We'll definitely stay here again next time!

Second visit, third will be coming soon. Great location, great seafront, great food, great people. I ll be back.

This hotel was a lovely surprise for me and my fiancee, with a beautiful rustic charm that really adds to the experience. The pool is fantastic, and the beach is literally just steps away. It’s also within walking distance to Walking Street, with convenient taxi services available right outside the hotel. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, which was a nice bonus. While this isn’t a typical 4 or 5-star resort, what you do get feels 5-star, the stunning beach, the beachfront bar, the pool, and the very comfortable bed and pillows all stood out. My only minor issue was with the shower, as the hot water was a bit inconsistent. Aside from that, I would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn’t pay too much attention to the negative reviews. Koh Lipe is a small paradise island far from the mainland, and this hotel is a wonderful place to enjoy it.

Great hotel, in front of the beach, WiFi is pretty good. Super fast. Breakfast is simple, basic. This could improve breakfast. The room is big, all you need you will find in the room. Great swimming pool and giant.

-staff not friendly especially who take care the bar side. The only good staff who pickup and send us to pier. -tv not functioning even already ask to fix it  - location n beach are really good - will not comeback here because dont like the staff service.

Booked a king-size bed room. With a child, an extra bed was a must, costing 1500 baht for the older child. The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was large, though the amenities were just average. The hot water temperature was a bit unstable. It's right by the beach, so you can watch the sunrise. The swimming pool is also nice. Breakfast was decent, and there's a shuttle service to and from the pier. Overall, I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5.

Beautifully presented establishment swimming pool immaculate , service is very basic on checkout i was question about the bill, but it was found that it was another guests they had mixed up with my total . exquisite I’ll definitely try somewhere else. If you happen to wake up early in the morning, don’t ask for a coffee before 7 AM.

The staff were incredibly warm, patient, and attentive. The location is excellent, and the room facilities are complete and spotless.

Felt pretty average. The location was good, but there were a few power outages, though they only lasted about 5 minutes each time.

We stayed in a room next to the pool. I Do not recomended that, it was loud from all the kids and families playing. The toilet smelled of heavy sewage. Ok for families but not ideal for couples

A very comfortable hotel. Beer (the staff member) spoke excellent Chinese and communicated with us effortlessly. This is the best hotel I've stayed at on Koh Lipe. I've already booked a room for next year!

I was given room 888, which has direct sea views – an absolutely fantastic location! However, it's quite close to the hotel restaurant, and some people would chat loudly late into the night. There was no staff to stop them, even at a very late hour. At high tide, the sound of the waves was quite loud at night. At low tide, you can go beachcombing right away. Honestly, it's pretty good overall. The beachfront cabins lack a bit of privacy, but it's convenient for getting things back and forth. There were mosquitos by the sea.

Brilliant hotel in a great location equipped with swimming pool and immediate access to the beach
