This hotel is a total scam! We paid SGD $350 per night and it was definitely not worth the price.
1. No facilities — no swimming pool and no proper restaurant area. The breakfast option was also limited. The “beach chairs,” as shown in the photos, were just cheap plastic chairs.
2. The staff were friendly but didn’t really care about their guests. We were shown to our room, but the AC hadn’t been turned on beforehand even though we told them our arrival time, so the room was very hot and filled with a strong new-wood smell. They set up a mesh window and a pot of water to wash our feet before entering the room, but no one explained this to us — we only found out on the second day.
3. During our stay, there were no glass panels on our front door; they were only installed on the day we checked out.
I understand that Koh Lipe doesn’t have many options, but this rate is outrageous. I highly recommend spending over $300 elsewhere where you actually get proper facilities.

Really nice location and cozy cabin, with a beautiful beach right by the hotel. Nice touch with breakfast delivered to the cabin every morning. Polite staff which helped with bags to/from the pier. Overall a lovely stay ❤️

I love the location of this resort. Even with the busiest beach, the location of this resort is very seclude and create the calm & serene environment. You can even find the nemo fish just when you swim off the beach in front of the resort. relaxing and quiet resort. I'm impressed with the bathroom. Did shower under the sun & rain here.

Nothing much to complain about. Good value for money. Would just be great to have information on how to log into the wifi placed inside the room. Location is great in a way that you are close to the walking street without being too close.
Rusty fridge could do with an upgrade. Foreign lady at the reception could be a tad more welcoming

It has been out favorite hotel on the island. It is still very good. Great location (quiet), sea line with very beautiful area, some shade during the sunny day. Very good breakfast and ability to put additionally beds in the room. However, when we were there 5 years ago last time, the service was better. Just an example: there are pits with water next to each villa to clean the feet from the send. If you are a customer you get used to that pretty quickly because it is great that you don't bring the sand to your room and bed, then you actually need it. 5 years ago every time we woke up the pot already was full with water. This time it could stay out of water for the whole day and the half of the next day. Some people were pouring in drinking water there to make it possible cleaning the sand off. There are few other small things that degraded sadly. However, it is till one of the best on the island.
