Lovely staff but this misses the absolute basics of a hotel and is in desperate need of investment. We had no running water for the majority of our five-day stay. The main swimming pool was nice at first, but the pumps and filters were not working so it became unusable. Also only five sun loungers for 10 villas. Facilities are generally run down and in need of investment. Balcony and stairs in Family Villa (number 8) are not safe for young children making it difficult to relax. Also a lot of uneven ground, exposed screws and broken decking boards. Not what you expect from luxury accommodation and this did result in a couple of grazes for our two year. The on-site restaurant is excellent so worth a visit. Just stay elsewhere.

Bad value for money. The villa was smaller than the planned 100m², the furniture (furniture, wall covering, bathroom) dilapidated. The private swimming pool was not clean when we arrived (problem fixed from the 3rd day). It was green initially. No privacy either inside the villa (since some windows did not have curtains) or on the terrace and around the private swimming pool. The poorly maintained common pool, namely completely green also for most of the stay and giving off a strong smell. This has improved over the days but it has never been really clean. Restaurant, bar and laundry closed. The staff was pleasant and smiling. The villa was maintained daily and clean after each passage of the housekeepers. The direct environment was well maintained too. The hotel is well located. From my point of view, the 4 stars claimed by this hotel are absolutely not justified. Therefore, the prices are not justified either. However, we had a very good stay on this beautiful island.
