Such a wonderful spot and lovely hotel. The beach is beautiful, we enjoyed lazing on the loungers overlooking the water. The pool is large and the simple water slide is fun to try out! There's an easy flow between the beach, pool and hotel with pleasant areas to sit and enjoy the view.

The hotel is well-equipped with nearly 100 small independent villas. The infinity pool is amazing. The staff are very polite and nice. You can book sea tours directly at the hotel. The tour guide Toby is very nice. The price is reasonable and can be included in the room fee. The only uncomfortable thing is that the bedding in the room is hard and damp, and there are paper towels thrown by previous guests in the bedside table that have not been cleaned. The hotel is a large complex intended for a large (Chinese) clientele. It is very well located with direct access to the beach and close to small restaurants. The rooms are pleasant, clean and well maintained. As the Chinese clientele has not yet returned since Covid, the services are rather average due to a lack of staff who are nevertheless very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very average and there is no possibility of lunch or dinner although the dining room is huge. Ko Yao Yai being renowned for being wilder than the rest of the islands in the region, it is not surprising that the tourist take-off is late and life seems ”in slow motion”.

It was inconspicuous, but the food was very fresh. If you planted vegetables and limes next to it, you would pick them for cooking. They are mainly cheap and delicious, but the business here is not very good. But it was closed early, and it was closed at 8pm ...  We started from Patong and took a boat to Bang Rong Pier.
