Overall good, clean and luxurious, especially if you want isolation and luxury, although too many people. But our bathroom door was blocked from inside, shower drain was blocked and shower flooded. Massage price is too high (5000 baht + 1000 tax), which is 15-10 times more than street price. Food is not that expensive but no local delicacies like shell fish or sato beans. Very good park and beach, nice staff and fast service, except for golf carts at peak time.

The teams are so professional and so kind. The facilities are so good 💯.

Good hotel but I would consider other hotels for lower price in the same level em Phuket.

service is very good. sometimes they come to tidy up twice a day. only 3 restaurants and a pool bar. we enjoyed the varieties in breakfast buffet every morning. wind direction of either aircon or fan in the suite blowed directly on our heads. it made me uncomfortable during sleep. we had to switch to the lowest wind speed during the night.

Wonderful resort, perfect location, good food, excellent service, it’s a trip to heaven!
