Had a wonderful experience at Arima Onsen. The hotel is located inside a toy museum, which is perfect for families with children. It's clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel manager and staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. You truly feel well taken care of and respected during your stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Arima Onsen.

The hotel's location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient to get to all the attractions. The room was spacious with two double beds, and for the three of us, they even prepared an additional tatami mat. Although the hotel doesn't have its own hot springs, they thoughtfully arranged for us to visit another hotel's onsen, which was a very nice touch. The toy museum on the fifth floor offered many hands-on toy experiences, and the fourth floor had a great selection of board games. What was even more surprising was that our room also came stocked with various board games! Coming back from the hot springs in the evening and being able to play board games was a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were all very welcoming and friendly, and communicating in English was absolutely no problem. Highly recommend!

This hotel is really interesting! The facilities are new, and it's located right in the hot spring district, making it super convenient for getting around. You also get free access to the museum. I'll definitely choose this place again when I bring my kids next time. Plus, they give you complimentary tickets for the Gold and Silver hot springs, and the Arima hot springs are just so relaxing after a soak.

Although my stay was short and somewhat rushed, I had such a rich and fulfilling time here that I feel I could have fully appreciated all the charms of this hotel if I had been able to stay a little longer. I highly recommend this hotel to many families so they can experience the wonderful hospitality of the staff! Thank you so much for everything! The hotel is located in the heart of Arima Onsen, just a one-minute walk from the bus terminal. The entrance faces Kinyu Onsen (Golden Hot Spring), and Ginyu Onsen (Silver Hot Spring) is nearby. Our room is on the third floor of the Toy Museum, with a restaurant on the second floor, and a shopping district nearby. The room was spacious, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were extremely professional. We happened to arrive during Kinyu Onsen's renovation and closure, but thankfully the manager kindly gave us tickets to Ginyu Onsen and arranged for us to enjoy Kinyu's hot spring bath at a nearby hotel at a very low price, fulfilling our wishes for both Kinyu and Ginyu – a truly worthwhile trip! A fellow Chinese female staff member even personally took us to the station to buy our train tickets to Osaka in advance. Out of gratitude, we give it a super five-star review and highly recommend it!

The room was spacious and clean! The location is right across from the Jintang (Golden Soup) bathhouse; you can even soak your feet right outside the door, and they even give you tickets to both the Jintang and Yintang bathhouses! The toy museum upstairs is also free to visit; once the museum closes after the tourists leave, you can play to your heart's content on the fourth floor.

This inn lived up to the reviews! The room was lovely and the staff were very polite. It was my first short trip with my mother in decades, so I was unsure whether a room with a bath would be better, but in the end we decided on this one and are very happy. It was a memorable trip and we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

The room is spacious and clean, downstairs from the Toy Museum. The brother at the front desk is attentive and polite, and also gives away free gold and silver hot spring tickets.
