Reviews of Hotel Crown Palais Kobe

It’s pretty nice, comfortable and making us feel like we’re in home.

Staff were very courteous and helpful in spite of their limited language issue... it was a joy to stay with train station, shops and shopping mall all within a short walking distance. It was easy to get around the entire Hyogo region as well with Toyota rental cars nearby for easy car pickup.. Kobe is a nice city and not overcrowded with tourists and we love Akashi fish market also a 20 mins train ride on the rapid trains !

Great locations, with restaurants and shopping malls around. Parking is just right in front of hotel. Twin room is spacious enough for 2, however only 1 pillow each and is a bit low/flat.

hotel is clean and all stuffs are polite and kind . I did not choose the hotel breakfast in advance, will try next time.

The place is very close to station and very accessible to good places around!

Great location, just opposite to the Kobe station. We can walk from the station to the hotel by underground shopping walk. It's especially good during the rain that we don't have to get wet. Also there's a shopping complex and harbour land for those who come with kids. 2 super market and mall at the station. 10-15 minutes walk to Kobe tower or to overlook the Kobe port. 20 minutes or so to go to Taira no Kiyomori statue. The room is a bit old, but big enough for us to open luggages. Bathroom has amenities which we don't need to ask for like other hotel. Overall I think it's worth money. If I have a chance, I will come and stay again.

Room is good size, breakfast is very limited. Restaurant at 17 floor reception service is bad.

Excellent value for the money, along with the staff's kindness. Without a doubt, we will return and tell our friends and family about it.

Crown and 4 stars are only in the name. Air condition didn’t work, hotels’ staff suggested to open window (with the view and sounds of railway station) …

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in English. The room was very comfortable, and the hotel is located right across from the JR station.

The triple room has a big bed, the room and bathroom are also OK, the transportation is convenient, and the hotel basement is directly connected to JR.
