Great stay in this modern guest house. Staff were lovely, location very good right in China Town.

It was good overall. the dorm had a weird smell but not sure if it was the room or the other people in the dorm.

Although it's in the center of Nankinmachi, it's just one step into an alley and was quiet. The Port Tower, Motomachi Station, Sannomiya, and Sannomiya Station are all close by, and there's so much within walking distance that it would be a waste to just stay for a day, so I'm glad I decided to stay the night. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and polite, and I really liked them. I've stayed in a few dormitories before, but I've never seen free makeup remover...it's nice to see little touches like that. This time I chose this place because I wanted to eat my way around Nankinmachi, but next time I'd like to use it as a base to explore other parts of Kobe.

I came to Japan for ten days solo. It was my favorite city. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry to visit this destination. I will stay a few more days next time. I will explore it in depth, be in a daze, enjoy the sun, bathe in hot springs, accompany my family

This was my first time using a hostel, so I didn't know what to do, but I learned a lot. It's close to Motomachi Station, so it's easily accessible. I checked in late, so I was grateful that I received an email with instructions on how to check in by myself. However, the front desk is not available from 10pm until almost 10am, and the phone is not connected, so I couldn't use towels (additional charge) and couldn't take a shower that day, which was very inconvenient. If you check in after front desk hours, you should be careful.

I was given a pamphlet with various information and tourist spots, and I went to two tourist spots based on that information. I don't think there are many people who spend two days without making any plans like me, but thanks to you, I was able to spend two days "spaced out". Thank you very much. (I put in a new pamphlet) One thing that concerns me is the nice toilet on the second floor, but the lock doesn't lock properly. Please check it as women also use it. Actually, I went to the toilet around 2am and the door sign was "blue", so I tried to open it a little, and a woman's voice said "I'm sorry" from inside, which surprised me, but I felt embarrassed and sorry that it was my mistake to try to enter without knocking on the door. Please check the toilet lock. On the first night, the floor was soaked with what looked like urine for about 1m toward the toilet. I was not happy either, so I wiped it down a few times with the provided paper and returned the toilet to its original, clean state. It looked like the boys hadn't made it in time to pee, but I don't think that was the case. Anyway, I was touched by the owner's feelings and I'm very grateful for the pleasant two days. The location is quite good and you can walk to most of Kobe's attractions. It is quite new and clean at present, and the bathroom is equipped with basic supplies such as shower gel and hair dryer. If you need toothbrushes, towels, earplugs, etc., you can also purchase them at the front desk.

There were a lot of foreign tourists and I felt it was difficult to stay there, perhaps due to cultural differences.
