The hotel where I stayed was very quiet because children were not welcome and children under 12 years old were not allowed to stay. In particular, I would like to talk about the service of this hotel. The first is the catering. They will make various adjustments to your three-day meal. Although they are all set meals, they will make different combinations of various ingredients. The only drawback is that the dinner is too large. Let's talk about the service. It should be first-class. When you walk into the hotel, someone will take the initiative to take your luggage. When you check in, your luggage has been sent to the guest room. When you arrive at the front desk, After verifying your identity, a service lady will take you to the guest room, and then carefully introduce you to various service facilities and everything you need to know. The hotel's cleaning is also very unique. Daily cleaning is carried out by a service lady who leads all the cleaning staff. The cleaning staff have their own division of labor. They clean the floor, make the beds, tidy the bathroom, and organize tea sets and food. It is operated by different people to ensure that people doing hygiene will not touch the tea sets and food. Let’s also talk about the language. Although there are no Chinese-speaking staff in the hotel, with the translation software and the staff’s serious and enthusiastic service attitude, there is no obstacle. The biggest emotion is that there are not many people here during the Spring Festival, so I really enjoy it

Every time I go to Japan, I try a hot spring hotel. This hotel does not accept children, which is what I like. The receptionist had language problems and we spent a long time communicating in the room to introduce her. The service was very good. In addition, I paid an extra fee to experience the private bath. There are two pools, golden bath and ordinary bath. It is just right for two people to soak in, which is very good! Moreover, the food here tastes good and the location is easy to find.

The kaiseki cuisine needs to be improved compared to other hotels and restaurants I've stayed at. Everything else is fine.

The location of the hotel is convenient. We saw the hotel sign as soon as we drove to the hot spring street. The service was great and the room was very comfortable and clean. Because it is not the peak season, there is no one at all when you go to the hot springs, which is almost like a private bath.
