HOTEL LiVEMAX Kobe Sannomiya

Near the port. Most livemax allow luggage storage before checkin. They didn’t. Staff didn’t help and just sat at reception. Coin lockers for luggage storage at 600 yen.

Very good hotel for it’s price and facilities. Highly reccomend

This js my second stay in Lifemax KobeSannomiya. This has been a very pleasant stay. Even though the location of the building js slightly far from the center, it provides a very good place of transition for you to change to the shinkansen in ShinKobe. I will still opt for here if I have another chance.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, close to dining places, and not too far from the train and bus stations. The service is good.

Location a bit far from Sannomiya station, it's on a uphill so quite hectic for travelers with large luggage. But there's a Matsuya and a few conbini around, and it's near to Ijinkan, so good overall.

Good but before book you guys need to look at check out time first

Nice tbh

Kettle in the room was spoilt and no water, tea or coffee was given. A bit far from the combini around.

I liked the room. It had a good layout and everything I needed to be comfortable. The bed and pillow were nice, and the internet speed was good. However the desk and everything on it was covered in dust. It's located between the two main train stations, but close to neither. When I checked out, I asked to leave my bags with reception for 2 hours while I went to breakfast, but was told that only guest checking in can check their bags ☹️. I was able to leave them in the lobby, though. There is construction happening right next door, so it was a bit noisy during the day. Long waits for the elevator, which is slow and busy. Potentially, it's a nice hotel. It just needs some improvement to the cleanliness and staff friendliness.
