HOTEL LiVEMAX Kobe Sannomiya Reviews

I liked the room. It had a good layout and everything I needed to be comfortable. The bed and pillow were nice, and the internet speed was good. However the desk and everything on it was covered in dust. It's located between the two main train stations, but close to neither. When I checked out, I asked to leave my bags with reception for 2 hours while I went to breakfast, but was told that only guest checking in can check their bags ☹️. I was able to leave them in the lobby, though. There is construction happening right next door, so it was a bit noisy during the day. Long waits for the elevator, which is slow and busy. Potentially, it's a nice hotel. It just needs some improvement to the cleanliness and staff friendliness.

It’s buged friendly hotel with great location. You just can walk for 10min to city center or nearby station. So comfordable and recommended for english speaker cuz the staff is good at english

New and clean place for an affordable stay in Kobe. The place is within walking distance and is located between Shin-Kobe station and Sannomiya station. There is a microwave oven in the room, but no breakfast service. You can buy own foods and warm it, or use the cafe in front of the hotel.

The location is quite convenient. There is a famous bakery nearby, just a two-minute walk. It takes ten minutes to Sannomiya and ten minutes to Kitano Ijinkan. It is quite comfortable and convenient to drink coffee at the first coffee shop in Japan in the morning. The hygiene and facilities are always stable.

The room was very small and there was no double bed in the hotel. The front desk could not store luggage the next day, making it inconvenient for travel. It's close to Sannomiya Station. I strongly do not recommend this hotel, live Max is super bad. At least the room in Himeji is bigger than the one in Kobe.

Very good hotel, clean and comfortable, with very good service. It's about a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, next to Matsuya Beef Rice Bowl and Kobe Unizo Hotel. Take the elevator after the automatic door, and the hotel registration is on the second floor. It's a 10-minute walk to Kitano Ijin Street. The room is fully equipped with a TV, refrigerator, microwave, and kettle. It's worth recommending.

It's about a 15-minute walk from the station, so it's a little far from the downtown area. Do you need a taxi if you want to go out drinking? The single room is very small, but the price is cheap, so it's fine for business!

The hotel has only one elevator, and you have to wait a long time for the elevator during peak hours. The room is average, small but sufficient. It's about 10 minutes away from JR Sannomiya Station. For this price, you don't need a bicycle. It's still no problem to have a good sleep.

Small but clean. Bathroom hygiene is OK. Normal Japanese hotel standards. The front desk staff are all very nice. I went to take an exam and they let me leave my suitcase at the front desk for a while. There is a microwave and a small refrigerator in the room. Very convenient! It's about an 8-minute walk to Sannomiya subway station. There is a convenience store nearby.

It's a little bit of a walk from Sannomiya Station, but it's along a main road so it's easy to find. It was Golden Week and the hotel was fully booked, but I was able to relax without being bothered by noise. There was a coin laundry nearby, so it's convenient for people on long trips.

I always use Livemax, so this is no different from other hotels! It's a little far from Sannomiya Station, but it's totally within the acceptable range.
