A perfect stay, highly recommended! This stay truly exceeded my expectations; I absolutely have to give it a glowing review! As soon as I walked in, I could tell the room was spotless. From the bathroom to every corner, all the usual hard-to-clean spots were impeccably clean, which made me feel completely at ease. The room facilities and bedding quality were excellent. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the soundproofing was great. I slept soundly until morning, completely refreshed from my travels. All the hotel staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. Check-in was efficient and quick. Whenever I had any questions, the front desk and housekeeping were quick to help with a smile, showing professionalism and attentiveness in every detail. In short, this is an outstanding hotel that makes you feel right at home, offering excellent value for money. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip!

This hotel is super close to the bus station, and right outside you're on the main hot spring street. There are convenience stores nearby too. Even though the hotel is a bit older, it's really clean overall. We had three rooms, and one of them was originally scheduled for dinner in a different restaurant than ours. Luckily, we met a front desk staff member who spoke Chinese. After a quick chat, she managed to get us all seated together, which was great! The hotel also has its own 'Golden Bath' and 'Silver Bath' hot springs, so it offers good value for money. Dinner and breakfast were traditional Japanese meals.

Chinese-speaking staff at check-in and during meals were a definite plus. This hotel offers great value for money, with spacious榻榻米 rooms. The rooftop onsen, featuring both gold and silver baths, was a fantastic experience. The price included both breakfast and dinner, and the meals were very traditional Japanese; some dishes were delicious, while others weren't quite to my taste.
