Reviews of Hotel Kitano Plaza Rokkoso

It's near the Ijinkan (foreign residences) and has a retro feel. The room was cleaned, but the old carpet gave a feeling of uncleanliness. The parking, despite being near the Ijinkan, was inconvenient as we had to leave the keys, and the 1000 yen parking fee was disappointing.

I stayed here without meals. It was very clean. They also helped me store my luggage and the service was excellent, so I had a very pleasant stay. Getting there from Sannomiya Station is uphill, so it can be a bit difficult if you're carrying a suitcase.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Shin-Kobe Station, and it's down a hill, so it was a little hard to find at first, but the room I stayed in was equipped with a 7-step stool and handrails for diagonal steps, so I felt it was barrier-free and well-equipped. As someone with disabilities in both my left upper and lower limbs, it was easy to use and I had a comfortable stay. The food was also excellent, and I got a Kobe beef hamburger steak (set) at a 10% discount. When going out to Shin-Kobe Station, you have to climb a steep hill, so I thought it would be a good idea to do some warm-up exercises.

The room is spacious and clean. It is close to both Shin-Kobe Station and Sannomiya Station, which is nice.

The food at the restaurant downstairs is pretty good.

This is my favorite hotel. It's not new, but it's well-cleaned and the front desk staff are very friendly.

It was much better than I expected, similar to hotels in China, and the price was very reasonable and cost-effective. It was the best hotel I've ever stayed in in Japan.

This was my first time staying here, and I made a reservation because I wanted to sightsee in the Kitano area. It was a good location for sightseeing. As my luggage was heavy, I took a taxi to get there and back, but the staff were polite and I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious, as was the curry. The Kobe Nunobiki Herb Gardens can be reached by ropeway in about 15 minutes from the hotel, via a mountain-like hike. It's a fun place if you're in good shape. It's not a large-scale hotel, and the people staying there seem to be calm, so even a woman staying alone felt at ease. I'd like to stay here again next time. Thank you.
