Comfortable hotel, clean and quiet. Check-in at another café named "Cafe de Beau," a distance from the accommodation, not mentioned on the booking website, so be mindful if you have large luggage. Breakfast included in the booking is served at "Cafe de Beau" which offers a comfortable environment.

First, I checked in at a nearby cafe. I was given amenities there. The room was spacious, with a separate shower and toilet, and even a study-like room. Kin no Yu was also nearby, which I was very happy with. It was a great, affordable inn.

Excellent hotel! I really liked the service, the room was large, everything was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Check-in is in the cafe, so check the website to avoid getting lost.

For a couple of nights, it's a perfect option! Comfortable beds, larger than single beds. The room was cool, but there was air conditioning. The cafe that gave out instructions for check-in gave coffee to go and all the bath accessories. The room has a small room in traditional Japanese style - with a low table, ottomans, and in the drawers there are two kimonos and baskets to take with all this to the onsen. The location of the hotel is great - a few steps from the golden onsen.

Check-in is at a coffee shop, where the staff will tell you where your accommodation is. It's very close to the Golden Hot Springs, and they provide bathrobes for you to change into upon arrival. The accommodations were excellent, and I'd definitely stay here again if I were to return to Arima.

I was a little worried at first because check-in and check-out were done at a nearby cafe, but the explanations were easy to understand and it wasn't as inconvenient as I thought it would be. I was surprised that the walls were thin and I could clearly hear the sound of the toilet paper being rolled and flushed in the next room. However, I was satisfied with the size, atmosphere, and relaxing feeling of the room, so I would like to stay here again next time.

When I checked in at the cafe, the staff were very friendly and I was able to get from the cafe to the inn without any trouble.

Except that the hotel is located on a slope and requires many steps, everything else is satisfactory

One of the most vivid impressions of our trip was 2 days in Arima Onsen. Our stay was brightened up from the very first minutes by our room: large, bright and cozy. I especially remember the staff: not just polite, but caring, I forgot my jacket in the cafe and already standing at the bus stop a man came to give it to me. Thank you very much! The hotel has its own cafe, where you can buy buns and drink coffee, with an amazing terrace. The room has everything you need: a relaxation area, large windows, we were offered kimonos and baskets so that we could go to the onsen in them. It was great! The hotel does not have its own springs, but they are literally 30 seconds away on foot, or the largest public onsen is 7 minutes on foot (but if you are not used to it, walking up the mountain in tabi sandals is a little uncomfortable, but interesting). I highly recommend, ideally 2 nights or more, to enjoy the full program and slow down the journey a little and think about life :)

The owner was very kind and gave me a coupon for free drinks at the cafe, so I leisurely checked out in the morning and had milk tea and apple tea! The location of the accommodation was good and it was very clean and warm haha. From now on, I have decided to stay here in Arima Hot Springs Village..!!!!

The room is pretty good, but the location is too inconvenient. The front desk check-in is in another coffee shop, but there is no display on Ctrip. If I hadn't read a certain review, I wouldn't have been able to find a place to check in. The coffee shop offers a cup of coffee or a drink of your choice. However, you should still stay in a hot spring hotel when soaking in hot springs. The experience will be much better.

Very comfortable hotel, clean and quiet. If you follow Google location, you may not be able to find it. In fact, the hotel is on a slope. The hotel and check-in are not together. Check-in is in a coffee shop called [cafe de beau] (breakfast is also eaten here, three breads and a drink per person. Their bread is delicious), the coffee shop is in Jin Opposite the hot spring, check in at 15:00, you can store your luggage here.

It was good that the store was close, but there were a lot of stairs to get there! The inside was very clean and comfortable, but the amenities were a little limited! It had a Japanese feel to it, which was great!
