I stayed in the hotel for one night and absolutely loved it. I got a beautiful room in Japanese style, clean and spacious. I saw some reviews mentioning that the location is a bit remote. Well, it is not in the middle of the "tourist steet", but it is very close to it and you get some privacy. It is true that you might struggle with your suitcases a bit since you need to go upstairs to get there. The hotel has it's own little garden, which is beautifully designed. Don't rely too much on the bathtub if you are looking for a private onsen option. It didn't feel very clean and I enjoyed a common spa area in the town more. I recieved a free ticket to the common spa after check in, by the way.

Clean and nice. Stone bath is good. 金の湯 is just around the corner. Good restaurants around the hotel too. 

Stairs only. Not recommended for travellers with heavy luggage.

The interior design of the hotel is 禪. It gives you a peace of mind and silent feeling. The room that I stayed has a balcony. It has a good view of the onsen area. The staff is helpful and polite.

The weather is very cold, the corridor is not warm enough, and the heating system of the room is also generally expected to be upgraded. There is a very loud and low-powered heater and a stove for heating. The bathroom is particularly cold because it cannot be heated. The design and hardware materials of the bathroom are simple, generous and upscale. The room is a classic tatami, which is OK for two people to sleep. It’s just that the public area of ​​the room is a little narrow and the suitcases are just full when spread out. The rooms in Japan are not big, so you need to get used to it. I forgot whether the receptionist was from Fujian or Taiwan. The service was super good and considerate. She spoke softly and gave the most pleasant enjoyment to the whole journey. She would give a lot of travel suggestions and answer every question. It is not an exaggeration to say that this store has a soul because of this lady.

Facilities: Normal, what a hotel should have. Hygiene: Normal, the overall hygiene of the room is fine, the public area is not so clean, it may be due to the weather. Environment: Need to climb the mountain, take care if you have large luggage. The courtyard is not well maintained. Service: The service is actually a bit confusing, because I occasionally heard the front desk speak Chinese, but whenever I talked to her, it was English and Japanese, which I couldn't understand.

Who knows who lives there? It scares people to death. It focuses on a Chinese to deceive the Chinese. The worst hotel in my 23-day trip to Kansai. Let's put it this way. To put it bluntly, the room is a basement. No matter what the terrain is, it is a basement. The air conditioner makes abnormal noise. The bathroom and bathroom in the room are freezing to death. The sink doesn't even have hot water The entrance is also weird and the location is hard to find. Those dragging boxes must be careful. This is my personal experience.

The place is not easy to find. It will be very uncomfortable if you have large luggage. The environment is OK and the service is quite warm. If you need to eat Kobe beef, please make a reservation in advance.

The elder brother who can speak Japanese, Chinese and English, the environment is also very good, but it is a pity that there is no outdoor hot spring in the garden, the food is very delicious, and the hot spring roll of gold/silver soup is also given away!

The taxi driver can't be found. No one answers calls after 10pm. I asked at the nearby 71 convenience store and no one knew. The price/performance ratio is not high.

The staff are all Chinese and have nice attitudes. The menu in the hotel is all home-cooked Chinese food. It is very close to Jintang, but be careful of the steps.
