Food is very good, room is big enough, but a bit walk to the town centre, and they have free ramen from 9-10:30

The overall experience was very pleasant. Environment was nice. Staffs were helpful and easy to communicate. Lots of parking space. Dinner and breakfast were nice. The onsen were also nice. We will definitely coming back.

I really like the Japanese style room!!
However, there were no shower facilities at all, so I washed in the large public bath.
Kaiseki is so-so, but the portion size is a bit disappointing. It's better because the breakfast is buffet style! The room was spacious and nice, but the shower was disappointing. The large public bathhouse hot spring was good, but the facilities were a bit outdated. The location is much closer to the cable car. It's a short walk from Arima Onsen Station. If you get tired, call the shuttle.
