The Royal Park Canvas - Kobe Sannomiya

The room was as clean as if it had just been renovated! The bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on clouds, and the soundproofing was amazing, couldn't hear a peep from next door. Xiao Wang at the front desk proactively upgraded our room, and even brought hot milk when we returned late at night. The breakfast had local specialties, truly excellent value for money!

This Kobe hotel has always been a favorite of mine. The location is excellent, just a 7-8 minute walk from Sannomiya Station. Right across the street is a 24-hour Don Quijote, which is super convenient for last-minute shopping. The rooms aren't huge, but they offer 24/7 self-serve coffee, and ice cream is available from 8 PM to 11 PM. The surrounding area is packed with popular restaurants and convenience stores.

The location is pretty good, about a fifteen-minute walk from the city center. The hygiene was excellent as well; the windows were spotless. I had a very comfortable stay. The free ice cream was delicious. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Great location, very close to Sannomiya Station and the Former Foreign Settlement in Kobe. Plus, there's a Don Quijote right across from the hotel, which is perfect for shoppers. There are also plenty of great food options to check out nearby.

It's a bit far from the subway station, but there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby. The coffee machine in the hotel is great; you can make various flavored coffees yourself. They also have delicious matcha ice cream in the evenings. The toiletries are well-stocked, and you can even get a facial mask every day.

Fantastic hotel! It's not far from both the JR and subway stations. They offer free coffee and even free ice cream in the evenings. The service was very warm and friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Kobe.

When I booked, I requested a high floor, and the hotel seemed to have noted it because they assigned me a room on the 9th floor, which was great. As soon as I opened the curtains, there was plenty of sunshine. We arrived at 2 PM, but check-in wasn't until 3 PM. The room isn't huge, but the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, which is a big plus. There's also a small sofa and table. You can ask for skincare products and face masks at the front desk daily, and there's free ice cream and coffee from 8-10 PM. Don Quijote is right across from the hotel, making it super convenient for shopping and stocking up. There are also plenty of restaurants around the hotel, and the airport shuttle stop is very close, about a 10-minute walk. Overall, this hotel is quite good.
