My stay at Hotel Piena was amazing! The staffs are all super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was interesting and delicious. I would love to come back if I visit Kobe again! :)

I feel satisfied stayat Piena Kobe. Bery near to Lawson and Sannomiya station. And there’s Halal Restaurant “Bumbu” only 5minutes walking. The hotel nice.

The hotel is in a quiet and prosperous place. Although it is not very new, the place is clean and the room space is good. The breakfast is indeed worthy of its reputation. Everything is delicious and worth purchasing.

The room was spacious and had amenities in the room. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of dishes, including local vegetables.

The room is not big, the bed is quite big, the decoration is a bit retro, not bad. It is not far from Sannomiya, and you can walk to the Ijinkan. I have tried the breakfast. Although the price has increased, there are still many varieties, and it is exquisite.

I stayed here with my family to participate in an event in Kobe. The parking was mechanical, and even though we had an Alphard, we were able to park smoothly. The parking fee was 1,500 yen, and we were free to enter and exit the parking lot, with the usage limit being until 3:00 p.m. after check-out. It was a very appreciated service. The room was classic and lovely, and although the bathroom and toilet were shared, it was spacious and comfortable. We had a rollaway bed for three people, but we slept very comfortably. There was a toothbrush, plenty of amenities, and the hair dryer had a strong wind. And above all, the breakfast! I have had breakfasts at various hotels, but this is my favorite breakfast in Japan! The seasoning is elegant, there is a wide variety, and there are so many drinks and desserts that it's hard to choose. It's a hotel breakfast that is so delicious that even my family, who don't usually eat breakfast, went for seconds.

The hotel is about 600 meters walk from the south exit of JR Sannomiya Station. The room size is OK for Japan, and the bathroom feels quite spacious. I went there for the breakfast that is said to be the best in Japan, and the desserts seemed to be well made. However, the breakfast information on Ctrip is wrong. It is not that there is a discount for those under 17 years old. The price for middle school students is the same as that for adults, 2970 yen/person. It will increase to 3520 after July 1st.

The room is in European style, quite unique. The room is a bit small and you can barely open your suitcase. The toilet is very bright and clean. In terms of facilities, there seems to be nothing except the restaurant. Relatively ordinary. But the breakfast we had was said to be the best hotel breakfast for seven consecutive years. It was indeed very delicious, and the dishes were unique and European-style. The soup, meat, and desserts are all delicious. The hotel is about 10 minutes away from Sannomiya Station, which is a bit far if you are carrying luggage. What was very dissatisfactory in the end was that when we drove there, the staff arranged for us to park in a mechanical parking lot. After successfully checking in to the room, I received a call saying that I had to pay a parking fee of 1,500 yen when I checked out. It was really bad that I didn't tell them in advance. If you knew early in the morning that you would park directly in the parking lot less than a minute's walk from the hotel, the parking fee would be half of the hotel's.

The environment is very good, the room is large, the bedding is a little stained in terms of hygiene, I brought my own disposable three-piece set, the overall price-performance ratio is good, the location is also very good, there is a convenience store downstairs.
