Small room, but comfortable. Close to JR line. Convenient.

I don’t know what went wrong with the reservation. It said I booked a senior citizen program. But it was obvious that the staff didn’t know what was going on. Although it took ten minutes at the front desk to check in, they were happy to resolve the issue

I stayed here for one night as a solo traveller. The good location and reasonable price were the deciding factors. The room seemed compact, but it was spacious and comfortable. I didn't use them, but there were lockers at the front desk for guests, which I thought was convenient. I'd definitely like to stay here again!

We stayed for two consecutive days. It was a non-smoking room so I didn't have to worry about the smell in the room. Although it was a little small, I had a comfortable stay. It would have been nice if the breakfast buffet had more variety. Well, since it's an additional 500 yen meal, I guess it can't be helped. You can stay in Sannomiya for around 7,000 yen, so I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

About 5 minutes walk from JR Kobe Motomachi Station. Next to the subway station. Easy to find near Daimaru. Convenient as there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel room is not large, but it is sufficient for business trips.
