All the staff were very polite and welcoming. The check in and check out procedure was fast even though there was a lot of people queueing, it took me 5 minutes to finish that process. The staff were very helpful to bring my luggage up to my room. The room was small, but it was very comfortable to stay. The view from the hotel room was extremely nice. I booked this hotel because I would like to use the swimming pool, but I didn’t know that I need to pay entrance fee in order to use their swimming pool. The view from the gym and the swimming pool was extremely beautiful.  I recommend this hotel to you all because all the transportation and convenience store are exactly near the hotel (Shikensen 新幹線/ local subway 地下鐵/ local bus) there’s a lot of attraction near the hotel as well. Some special information: if you would like to use the swimming pool, they will charge you around 2000 yen or more need to check it in their website ;)

I made a reservation because I wanted to eat the best breakfast in the world. It was a little expensive because it was 4 consecutive holidays, but it was good to have a nice and cozy hotel with a retro atmosphere. I wasn't impressed by watching breakfast too much on TV, but it was colorful and cute, and there were strange ways to eat it that I wouldn't normally eat, so it was as expected! The rooms were clean and nice with a classic feel, probably because of the few smoking rooms specified. In a room with many pillars, I honestly thought it was small the moment I entered. Lol The view from the window was completely, and I had the impression that it was for the price as a whole .., but I think that the other rooms were probably different because I chose smoking. The service was normally polite and good.

Stayed a couple of nights in this Hotel on our recent trip to Japan and it was the best of the lot. From the moment you are greeted at reception on the 17th Floor the service you get is excellent at this hotel. The room was a good size and the 3 of us had enough room. It was very clean with a great bathroom and a wonderfully powerful shower. The supplied cotton pyjamas were so good we ended up buying a set to take away. The breakfast was very good, a standard buffet with Japanese items available as well. Plus its the only breakfast I've had where sparkling wine was available. The terrace bar is also based on the 17th floor and has a great view of the city and a good selection of Japanese whiskeys and cocktails. We had dinner one night at the steakhouse which served us with the best Wagyu beef we had in Japan. If we are in Kobe again we will stay in this hotel. The staff were very attentive and always did their best to please us and the quality of the accommodation and the food was excellent.

It is an old-fashioned inn, a few minutes walk from Shin Kobe Station. I went to eat rice instead of staying. It was a private room when I made a reservation. There is a table in the tatami room. I ordered a course dish, but the amount and quality were very satisfactory. The rice is served with pickles and Kobe beef shigure boiling, but this rice and shigure boiling is quite delicious. The rice is delicious even if there is no side dish. The beef steak may have been the most delicious I have ever eaten. The ginger is not too strong and the meat remains firmly delicious. This delicious shigure boiling and delicious rice combination is the best! By the way, I bought it with souvenirs and returned.

The hotel is old and all facilities are old. But the cleaning is neat and there is a free shuttle transfer to the station in the morning, and I think it is reasonable from the price for accommodation. But breakfast was the worst. All of them were frozen round, and there were shumai and Akashi Yaki in Kobe, but Akashi Yaki and soup were tasteless. The juice described as 100% orange is a type of machine that is mixed with water and discharged, and the orange is almost lost and only colored water. There is no 1500 yen in that content. It was very unfortunate.

I stayed here for 3 days this time and it was really great. I booked a 14m2 room, but found it was too big. Maybe I upgraded it to an 18m2 room! I believe it is enough to open two large luggage, and it has a desk and a sofa bed. Bottled water was not provided unless requested at the front desk. The toilet is also very large and has a bathtub. It is not as small as other business-type hotel toilets. The only drawback is that the wash basin is designed to easily bounce off clothes and the water pipe is also very close to the wash basin. It is not a good design, so I use a towel pad these days. live. However, the hotel sells tickets in front of some famous Kobe attractions. I happened to go to Kobe Animal Kingdom and bought it successfully, which was an unexpected surprise! There is Daiso, a supermarket, and a duty-free drug store on the corner, and there is a 7-eleven just 1 minute away. It is about 4 minutes away from Jinki bus station, 6-7 minutes away from JR and port liner, and about 8-9 minutes away from Hanshin/Hankyu. , the location is very convenient. It's much quieter than the street near Donki, but it's not far from shopping streets/main stations, so it's very suitable for people who are alone or like quiet. It would be more popular if this hotel chain had a large bathhouse/hot spring like other branches, but it's a pity it doesn't!

There is YouTube on the TV, but it doesn't respond well, and is it okay to have a larger 40-inch or more TV? The amenities are only toothbrushes in the room. I wish I had cotton, cotton swabs, lotion, etc. for women. Also, unfortunately, when I opened the lid of the toilet seat, there was a brown stain that I could tell was the night before. .. Obviously did not clean or missed it? I had no choice but to wipe it myself, but if it was not a room with a good view, I had the room change immediately. Then the trash can was small and inconvenient. If you don't even get dirty in the toilet, it's a hotel you want to repeat. .. The impact when you open the lid of the toilet seat still remains. For some reason, hotels in Kobe are ridiculously expensive. Therefore, there are only a few hotels where you can easily stay when you have a drinking party at work. Well, considering the price and convenience from the station this time, it's a bit far to walk here, but if it's still at this price, it's OK lol. Unfortunately, the opening is when corona is rampant. However, when I actually stayed there, I found it useful because there is a large public bath and the room is larger than usual. It's the best for this price! I have stayed at many hotels in Japan and I can say this is the best for about 50 dollars. The hotel is at Sannomiya station and the room is clean and huge compared to many hotels in Japan. The TV is big too with large screen and YouTube Netflix channel. Staff is friendly and nice and they all have English service so don't worry about it. I will definitely stay at Brenza hotel again if I ever come to Kobe. I really recommend it to anyone who plan to visit Kobe.
