We had a very pleasant stay at the Diehls hotel. Nice standard room, riverside. We slept with the window open and could hear the trains, but we didn't find it disturbing at all. We had dinner in the restaurant and would like to give a big compliment to the lady serving us, very helpful, friendly and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is centrally located for various attractions in Koblenz. If we visit Koblenz again, we will happily choose to stay at Diehls hotel again. Check-in and billing via email are all very smooth! (Not given 5 stars because of the hotel renovation that you do notice, but which did not cause us much inconvenience because we got up early.)

we were upgraded to a suite which had a separate lounge area and great views over the river. It was a single night stay so we could not make full use. Big comfortable bed offset by a slightly tired bathroom and the lack of a proper shower. Breakfast - easily the best experience of our tour through Germany and overcame the disappointment of the previous night's dinner, which was indifferent (my wife's gnocchi was massively overcooked). Koblenz is a beautiful city.

Had trouble finding hotel carpark, should be made clearer you should enter via emser Straße , otherwise could not fault anything

The outside of the building looks run down. Inside, the building is beautiful, as was our room.

Nice hotel at a very nice spot in Koblenz. Breakfast is kinda expensive but worth it in my opinion. River view room with AC. Free parking at the site and a secure place to park your bikes as well. Friendly staff
