Hotel, facilities and location perfect. Staff could be a bit more polite

Serge friendly staff! When I requested an earlier breakfast because of an early departure, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. You're welcome, great hotel!

Centrally located, nice rooms and good breakfast BUT unfriendly staff, no good morning in the breakfast room and no questions about how we liked our stay when checking out. Garage prices were listed as 12 euros on the hotel channel and when we paid it was 18 euros per day. We said that and were laughed at. We then had a conversation with the manager but it didn't help. They are happy that they have staff. Good staff costs money. That in turn brings back satisfied guests. Not us. It's something to think about.

In the middle of the city, with the hotel's own parking facilities and an absolutely outstanding breakfast. I would book again and again

This is a nice hotel. It is convenient to the places in Koblenz that you probably want to visit. The room was nice and clean. I usually prefer to stay at chain hotels but there are none in Koblenz. I actually walked to and from the hotel from the rail station. There is a laundromat not too far from the hotel. Only good things to say about this place.

A pinboard full of complimentary notes from dozens of appreciative guests in the Hotel Sander says it all : this is a very smart house, well run and friendly, and deserves the many plaudits – not least because it comes at a very reasonable rate. From the bright underground garage direct into the tastefully finished lobby to the spacious inner courtyard and the spacious, well-appointed bedrooms, the Sander is well conceived and comfortable with a welcome touch of flair. Breakfast in the large and airy dining-room offers an excellent choice. Well located opposite the attractive new Koblenz Forum centre and within easy walking distance of anywhere you need to go in the city centre, the Sander is an ideal base or stopover in the busy Rhine/Mosel triangle.

We spent one night on our way to Italy. We were looking for a hotel in the center since we wanted to visit the Xmas Markets. From the hotel is 5min walking. The hotel is modern, it has a private parking or just in front (as we did) there is a huge parking of a commercial mall (more or less same price). Breakfast was really good, rooms modern and clear. We were extremely happy.

The Hotel clean, modern and functional. Parking was easily accessed and reasonably priced. However, staff at reception were less than friendly. There may have been a language barrier but experience was less than welcoming. Breakfast was basic.

Comfortable room with parking in the basement. Basic accommodations. Simple room. But good nights sleep. Stayed as an overnight stop on way from the English Channel to Austria. Good breakfast. Probably a little expensive for what you get. But I think a lot of hotels have increased there prices after covid. Will stay again

The location is great. Cross the street one way and you are in the old town, cross it the other and you are in the museum and lots of great shopping. Some innovative ways of helping look after the environment, for every day you don't require your room to be cleaned you get a voucher for the bar. My room looked over the terrace, which could get noisy - not unpleasant noises, just music and people chatting, but distracting when you want to sleep. I would stay here again.

one of the best hotel in Koblenz we got a room with special bathroom, part of the bathroom was shower and another one rest room breakfast room is quite big and breakfast selection is big enough parking is in the garage and easy to park

Pretty good hotel that benefits from being in the centre of Koblenz. The staff were always very helpful ( and spoke good English). The rooms were clean and the shower was excellent ( except it kept sliding down - room 312!). Breakfast was good although if you went later some of the items ran out. Special shout out to the young lady who ran the bar on her own for 4 of the nights we were there. It was interesting that on her night off they had 3 people working! If I was to go back to Koblenz I would happily stop there again.

The hotel is nicely designed. The room is in a good size, bathroom and toilet were separated. The toilet seat was cracked, should be renewed. All in all was the room clean. The breakfast was a total disaster. Not enough room for all the people.
