I stayed here on a solo trip. The location is very convenient for travelling by tram, and it's perfect for travelling to tourist spots or to the airport by express bus, leaving your luggage at the hotel and getting around. The hotel staff were also very kind. The cleanliness was also satisfactory, and it was perfect for a reasonably priced stay mainly for sightseeing. I'd like to stay here again the next time I'm in Kochi.

The room is spacious, with plenty of room for two 28-inch luggages. Good location, convenient transportation, there is a bus to the airport opposite. It is very close to the downtown area, next to the shopping street and there are many restaurants nearby. The washing and drying machine on the 13th floor can be paid for conveniently using Apple Pay by downloading an APP, and the progress and time can be viewed on the phone. The toilet has a little bit of smell. A few days ago, I lived on the 8th floor and the smell from the toilet drain was quite strong. Later, I lived in a larger room on a higher floor and there was no smell anymore. There is free tea and coffee available in the lobby on the first floor. The counters are very friendly and can speak English. To purchase My Tour bus tickets, you can purchase them at the counter.

The room was larger than I expected, and the unit bath was comfortable with no steps. However, I was a little disappointed that the comforter kept coming apart from the sheets, making it difficult to sleep.

The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich and varied, and the travel experience is high quality. I will book this hotel again when I come to Kochi next time.

The location was very good. The hotel is next to Harimayabashi Bridge, and is close to the downtown area and the castle. The breakfast was very delicious. The bonito flakes, sashimi, and other items had a homemade feel to them.

They kindly let me know if a non-smoking room became available and I could change to it. I came from far away to stay at this hotel for a relative's funeral. The location was good and very convenient.

It was right next to Harimaya Bridge! The room was clean and nice! I was able to relax!

Smoking was allowed in the room, which reminded me of an old karaoke booth, but the beds and shower rooms were clean. The shampoo provided as an amenity had a nice lather. No lotion or milk lotion was provided. There were bus and tram stops within a 5-minute walk, and there were also many souvenir shops and bars, so it was convenient.

I requested an early check-in because I wasn't feeling well, and they were worried but readily agreed to let me do it. It costs 1,000 yen per hour, but thanks to them, I feel much better and was able to prepare well for my next schedule.
