There was no elevator, and someone brought the luggage to the room with a tow bag, but when checking out, I had to carry it down to the ground floor. There was a problem with the air conditioner in the room. I asked to change rooms, but because the room was full, I couldn't. Finally, the waiter came up and removed the dust filter, leaving the room empty. It was very dusty near the air conditioner. Fortunately, there was air conditioning in the end, and the waiter also cleaned the stained area.

It's a shame that we couldn't use the public bath.
