I recently stayed at Retrieve hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the location was convenient as well. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Very Calm and quiet atmosphere, peaceful. The Suite room was very clean and spacious, and they also have gym facility in the same building. The staffs were very friendly and pleasent. They also provide Room service from their cafe, Delicious food! Many train stations nearby...easy for travel. Great Experience, Thankyou Retrieve Team.

All areas of the hotel are immaculate. The rooms are very nice with solid (quiet) air conditioning. This combined with almost zero road noise made for the best nights sleep I’d had since arriving in Kochi. Every member of staff I interacted with was professional, friendly and helpful. The cafe is a really nice space to relax. I didn’t eat very much but what I did have was very good. I had a couple of treatments - a head and full body massage these were both amazing, although bits of me were tender for a few days afterwards (in a good way) I would recommend this hotel/spa to anyone visiting the area and would also encourage you to book a massage!

Superb holiday in this hotel. Very helpful staff. Rooms very comfortable. Great restaurant and good location. Unfortunately never tried the spa but the menu looks incredible. Great place to unwind and get yourself well. The air conditioning is very goid

Very nice place to stay. My partner and I had our first massage here and it was a lovely experience! Staff were very friendly and it was a relaxing experience. I had some waxing the next day and that was also relaxing and minimal pain. Overall the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We wanted to extend our stay and they upgraded our room for a better price which was lovely. Clean rooms and dining areas, good food choices too.

Really comfortable rooms and very clean. Great service and very friendly staff. The food in the cafe was so tasty and the restaurant itself was very clean, and a really nice atmosphere. Good location and easy to catch tuk tuks/ taxi to all the best places.

The hotel was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment. The food at the restaurant was excellent with a wide variety of options. The front desk staff, especially Soumya, were incredibly helpful and made sure all my needs were met. Her friendly and professional service made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its great amenities and outstanding service

Very good hotel with very friendly staff. We have stayed her twice and both times we were very happy. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The beds are good and the rooms are quite even though the location is at a busy road. The restaurant is also good.
