The Postcard Mandalay Hall, Kochi

Postcard Mandalay is a charming, quaint property tucked away in the heart of Jew Town, and it truly feels like a hidden gem. What stood out the most was the impeccable service…every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay completely seamless. The staff were always smiling, incredibly warm, and made us feel truly at home throughout our visit. We were a group of 10 friends and booked all 5 rooms, which worked out perfectly and made the experience even more special. A special mention to Mr. Abhed, who manages the property…his availability, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to go the extra mile for guests is exceptional. Highly recommend booking this property if you’re looking for comfort, warmth, and a memorable stay. Totally recommended!

The entire team at Mandley Hall was truly amazing. Everyone made sure that our stay was comfortable.. we checked in at the hotel at 4 PM, though the lunch hours were over, but on our request, they do curate a special lunch for us. Thank you. The entire team for a wonderful stay..

A beautiful well appointed homely retreat. Right in the middle of old Kochi walkable to the Kochi Fort. Quiet and pleasant corner abode for a wandering bird.

The Poscard Mandalay Hall Cochin was outstanding for so many reasons - the Front of House Manager Ranjiit and his staff went above and beyond for service and dedication to this amazing boutque Hotel in the heart of Jew Town Cochin. Our stay was so memorable The housekeeping and the rooms were simply fabulous. The photograps on TA definately dont do it justice. From the first moment they collected is from our taxi at the end of their road (the location is pederstrian only) to the time we left the hotel. Check out the new internal mural which is NOT SHOWN on the TA photos when you visit Their attention to detail goes above and beyond aything we have experienced in India and we travelled quite extensively. We have stayed in amazing five star hotels and The Postcard Mandalay Hall was simply the best!.. Little touches - like a straw for drinks was always presented in a little box. The "take me home" bag was left onthe bed before our departure so that we could take home the toiletries. The black and white striped luggage tags attached to our luggage. The friendliest lovliest staff so highly trained to make one feel special. The little restaurant served lovely food and the breakfast smoothies - delicious. Thank you Postcard we will be visiting your other properties

Long weekend… and we planned a trip to Kochi. I am so glad we did… our place to stay was Postcard Mandalay Hall in the heart of Jew Town… it’s a stunning 5 rooms (called gallery) boutique place.. Team led by Abhed is outstanding… the chef is a magician and the entire staff is amazing.. the way they took care of us was beyond belief… the small gestures and that forever warm smiles.. we will return for sure.
