the location is convenient near the station & convenience stores..i like the room because they have extra space for the baggage..breakfast buffet was good。
we visited spring season, aircon/heater is centralize 、guest cannot adjust the temperature inside the room

The location is very convenient. The only exception is that you need to book a time in advance for breakfast and the breakfast is only 45 minutes away. It’s very rushed! The 3-person room is very spacious and the sofa chair is first-class!

高知駅南口の駅前広場から横断歩道を渡ってすぐで立地は最高です。 夕食は高知駅周辺よりもホテルから徒歩１０分ほどのはりまや橋の近くにかけて点在しています。
朝食会場からは駅前広場が見下ろせます。朝食の時間も使いよく、桂浜への循環バスを利用しましたが、その始発便に余裕で間に合いました。
空港へのバスも駅の北口から出ており近くて便利です。

The hotel doesn't have a website that is easy to find in English so we went through a travel agency to make reservations. Weren't sure what we would get. Our point of comparison are Japanese business hotels which we presumed this was. However, while costing a bit more, the rooms were large with a separate shower area from the sink. Great view of station. Choice of no daily cleaning but fresh towels delivered daily. Breakfast has 45 min seating times. Nice Japanese breakfast selection. We stayed 3 days and there was a slight variation each day. While location is most convenient to the station and surroundings, the main tourist areas, e.g. Sunday market, are about a 15 min easy walk. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The staff in this small hotel are pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean and quiet but the breakfast was disappointing with little choice for western guests. The J R station is a one minute walk away
