路面電車の駅やコンビニが近くにあったので、何かと便利でした。コスパも良かったと思います。高知駅の近くだったら更に良かったと思いますが、これは贅沢というものですね。

Ông chủ rất nhiệt tình, nói chuyện dễ hiểu đối với người nước ngoài, chủ động liên hệ trước và chỉ dẫn cách đến. Quán có chuẩn bị đồ ăn sáng, nhìn chung ok.
Xung quanh có 1 siêu thị và lawson n*** cạnh, tiện lợi!

It's the best choice for those who want to find low cost and safe accommodation near the city center of Kochi. There are a convenience store and a local super market within walking distance.
The manager is friendly and knows Kochi well. I'm sure he could help you with the travel info you need.

スペインの方とカナダの方と酒を飲みながら英語と日本語織り交ぜてとても良い時間でした

路面電車の走る音が、何故か心地よくレトロな感じで年配者は子供の頃を思い出すのでは。
部屋も綺麗でベッドも手ごろな大きさで快適でした。
ひろめ市場へは電車ですぐ行けますが、帰りは酔いをさましながら、徒歩で町をブラブラ見ながら帰えれる距離です。

こちらのゲストハウスは、シェアハウスとして利用されている方とゲストハウスの宿泊客が一部空間を共有します（居住空間は階が分かれています）
ゲスト専用の冷蔵庫があり、近場にコンビニとスーパーマーケットがあるので食事には困りません。また朝食のサービスがありますので、キッチンを使うことはあまりないと思われます。
コインランドリーは洗濯機200円と格安（乾燥機もあります、値段は忘れました）
今回はシングルルームをお借りしたのですが、値段に対して十分すぎるサービスと環境でした。オーナーさんも親切でお話も楽しかったです。
ただ、私が宿泊した部屋はあまり日光が入らない部屋だったので、仕事（ワーケーション）目的だと厳しいかもしれません。
また高知観光するときはお世話になろうかと思います。改めてありがとうございました。
