I recently stayed at Forte Kochi in India and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is set in a beautiful location, with a private courtyard pool that adds to the serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. With plenty to do nearby, we truly enjoyed our time and would gladly return.

This is a beautiful, niche, local high-end brand hotel with Portuguese style. Although the hotel was almost full when I checked in, all my requests, big and small, (including changing rooms twice because I was afraid of noise) were met. On the night of arrival, I dined by the pool while enjoying local traditional dance music, and the candlelight was a special experience. All the staff were very friendly and professional. With the meticulous care of the newly appointed chef, I had a delicious breakfast for several days. Afterwards, the unfinished fruit plate was also delivered to the room for free. Figure 3 is a 200-year-old Jewish healing spring, and many Jews still come here to soak. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with various shopping and attractions just outside. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach.

Our stay at Hotel Forte Kochi was exceptional from beginning to end. The rooms were beautifully appointed, combining classic charm with modern comfort in a way that immediately made us feel at home. The service was truly outstanding — warm, attentive, and consistently thoughtful. A special highlight was the surprise waiting for us on our anniversary: a bed beautifully decorated with fresh flowers. This gesture made our celebration unforgettable and showed how much care the staff puts into creating meaningful moments for their guests. Breakfast each morning was delicious, offering plenty of variety and high-quality dishes to start the day right. And the location simply couldn’t be better — just a short stroll from the iconic Chinese fishing nets and right in the heart of Fort Kochi’s vibrant historical district. We wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Forte Kochi to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a perfect base for exploring this wonderful area. We would gladly return!

Best location. Nice and interesting building. Good room, but facing alley - loud talking people at night and an occasional motorcycle. IMPECCABLE service and attention, smiling and doing their best for perfection. Hotel offers a free guided tour at 7 am. Receptionist botched my wakeup call, but they arranged an afternoon one. Two suggestions: Put one of the complementary water bottles in the fridge, so arriving guest can have a cold drink. Have guests register the day before for the tour.

Visited Kichi for the first time for a day and stayed at this beautiful historic property. It is very well managed by the hotel management and staff. Everyone is very hospitable and helpful. We enjoyed walking and exploring around the area. Dining options and breakfast in the hotel were superb as well. I would highly recommend this place for couples or small families who want to experience Fort Kochi area for a day or two.

A jem in the heart of fort kochi. Heritage building that kept the authentic joyful looks and feel. The most helpful staff since the arrival plans and during my stay. Planeed half a day and stayed 3 nights. Would come back again
