I had stayed here for 4 days ***** with my brother. Location of this hotel is very much connected to ecopark. Many places to chill out nearby. They provide complementary breakfast which was outstanding, authentic taste, variety of dishes (south and north), fresh fruits and veggies, fresh juices and the best hospitality. Special mention to the front office (chechi) who receives us with warm welcome always. Impressed and pleased by the house keeping team who maintains our room like clean, neat and comfortable home like feel everyday when we get back to our room. I love to stay here whenever i visit here in future.

Regrettably, our dining experience was significantly marred by the unprofessional behavior of the restaurant staff. We encountered a clear lack of courtesy and attentiveness, as our requests were ignored and went unanswered on seven consecutive occasions. This failure to promptly respond to our needs not only caused inconvenience but also left us feeling undervalued as customers. We believe that such behavior is not reflective of the standards one would expect from a reputed hotel like yours. Therefore, I kindly request that the senior management investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate measures to ensure that future guests do not face similar issues. We hope that you will address this concern seriously and improve the quality of service provided by your staff. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The room is pretty small and the overall space felt a bit cramped. The services were just okay — nothing great. We asked for a matchbox and a towel, and it took them around half an hour to deliver it, which was quite slow. It's decent if you're looking for a short stay, but don't expect very fast service or a spacious room

had an excellent stay at Hotel Oliva Eva, Kochi! The staff was incredibly humble, polite, and always ready to assist, making the experience truly memorable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, ensuring absolute comfort. The food was delicious, and the service at the restaurant was top-notch. The hotel's convenient location made exploring the city easy. Overall, a fantastic stay with great hospitality—highly recommended! Will definitely return.

Good food, staff behaviour is so good, TV is very small, parking is very small , neat and clean, close to the IT park

Stay at olive eva was very comfortable. The staffs were super friendly and very supportive. They guided us very well.

I had to pay extra for an early check-in. The shower didn't work at all. I couldn't open the room windows as the knob was not there. It was broken and removed. Will never stay in this hotel again.

Travelled to Kochin twice in the same year and stayed here both the times, they have quite amazing rooms, the staff are very humble staff and the complimentary breakfast is amazing !!! Different menu each day, with a mix of two Cuisine or more.

Short stay for 3 days and had a positive experience. I had dinner at the restaurant for 2 nights and the food was delicious. Good shower and ac. Hotel is good for business travellers, not so much for tourists
