Fantastic value for money 4 star quality at 2 star prices Very close to lake walkable to all key places Rooms are well appointed and kept clean. Mr. JAY at the front desk was a very resourceful and helpful gentleman Definitely will come back

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Raindrops. Staff is very cooperative and the location is also good. I would totally recommend this property for family and solo.

Overrated and not worth for money ... very small compact room.. no space to keep your suitcase open it (have to use bed only)... they have 20 rooms but car parking is very small can accommodate 6 to 7 cars only... no covered (roof)passage to reach room.. hardly 2.5 feet walkable space available around bed front side around 3.5 feet.. no handwashing liquid or soap... no sound proof rooms (so couples avoid it) highly not recommended for couples... the same price we can get much better lavish property.., highly not recommended for families with kids.. morning breakfast yummy and tasty (limited options).... located in centre of the city.., preferred for business traveller... very neat and clean.. comfort bed... finally highly priced for these facilities

We Two Senior Couples recently stayed at the Hotel RainDrops in Kodaikenal from Feb 19 to Feb 26 - The Location of hotel, excellent almost in the middle of the city with walkable distance to Kodai Lake and Bryant Park. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable … the housekeeping, and the customer service were great, especially I would like to mention the care taken by Mr. Jay .. he made sure that we have been given a proper transportation from Madurai airport to the hotel and during a rest of our trip and every morning he was making sure that our stay is comfortable. Mr. Ashwin at the reception was also very responsive and caring and provided the timely help with whatever we needed We had a few issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity, but the staff were helpful in resolving the problem. The restaurant Cream Center “ A Vegetarian Restaurant “ situated on the Hotel Property served delicious breakfast every morning and has lots of choices to offer for Lunch and Dinner and the staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel doesn’t offer Valley or Mountain Views but the Location is perfect, Close to Lake , Bryant Park, Taxi Stand , and hosts of good restaurants just on walking distance I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Kodaikenal

Booked valley view room, hotel doesn't have any valley view. It is obstructed view of a ground. Staff are reluctant to provide any good service.
