A fantastic hotel with fantastic staff. The only place i stay in when im visiting Koh Chang, clean rooms, close to the best beach.

If you want relaxation in the afternoon/evening - FORGET IT! 2 bars next to each other at each side of the tesort, both trying to out do each other on volume. Horrific! Worse if you manage to book one of the 3 beach front ‘villas’. Godawful racket with people sat right outside your door On the plus side - all shut up and gone by 11:00 Rooms are VERY basic and seem to get cleaned every other day. Reception is most unhelpful. Don’t arrive anytime before 14:00 to check in - they are not interested and do nothing to help Our beachfront room had the strangest set up in terms of bathroom. Essentially a wet room, but that only works if there’s nothing else in there - so after a shower everything is soaking wet!! Very odd Book with caution
