The Chill Resort & Spa Koh Chang

I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. It's a very quiet place, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The infinity pool is absolutely stunning, and the hotel even provides kayaks for guests to use. Kayaking on the sea at sunset was so peaceful and relaxing. All in all, everything was great!

All the staff at this hotel were incredibly warm and attentive, especially with children. The rooms, though not huge, were spotless, and the pool at sunset was absolutely stunning.

It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel facilities and amenities were excellent, and above all, the hospitality of the staff was superb.

1. The room had a strange smell. 2. The welcome fruit plate on the first day was left on the table until the fourth day and was not taken away. 3. If you want to stay in a double room with three people, you need to pay an extra 300 RMB per day. This price includes breakfast and the third person's room supplies. However, only the towels and toothbrushes for the three people in the room on the first day were complete. From the second day onwards, only the supplies for two people were placed. 4. The power plug in the room had poor contact. The phone could be charged for a while and then not charged for a while. 5. The hotel has only a small beach. After entering the sea, the bottom was full of rocks. Beach lovers may not want to stay here. 6. The hotel breakfast is not a buffet, but a la carte. The taste is average and there are very few dishes. 7. The only good thing about the whole hotel is that the service attitude of the staff is generally very good and enthusiastic. However, because it is an old hotel, it is difficult to comment on the hardware.

The hotel has a convenient location, a uniquely designed pool that's perfect for photos, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Overall, it offers great value for money.
