Very good location. Close to Kaibe beach. Comfortable and big room. 7 11 delivers food directly to rooms

Basic but comfortable room with fridge and air con. Good sleep, hot water and loads of room. Located centrally, close to excellent bars and eateries. Bakery over road serving fresh pastries and great coffee. My room [15] was very close to the bar. They have a great band and pool table. It was loud but didn't disturb me. Not much privacy. The rooms have a large window with curtains and a bench outside. Overall OK.. very social spot.

The guesthouse is excellent, you can feel that the staff is trying, but there is one significant minus - a rock bar next door, from which live music plays until midnight. Staying in a bungalow (as they write in reviews) will not help, you can also hear it well there. The owner of the hotel can only wish to finally make a choice. There should be one thing left: either a rock bar or a hotel.

This hotel is located in a really good location. All activities are located nearby, and access to almost everything from shopping to restaurants is good. I will stay here again.

Went in late at night. There were few options for a good price, this hotel is one of them. Excellent owners - met and quickly issued. I liked the room - big and comfortable. The condition is certainly not 3-4 stars, but normal and correspond to the price. The area is fun - there is something to do) There is also a great bar with the same name - live music in the evenings and very alcoholic and delicious cocktails. I'll try to stop by when I'm on Koh Chang.
