Reviews of Paradise Bungalows

Unfortunately, we don't have a good review of staying at this hotel. I want to share an honest review about cooperation with the hotel. We booked a room for 3 nights and after 20-30 minutes we asked to cancel (because the plan was changed and we can’t come in that days), canceled not a day after booking, and not a day before entering the hotel, but the hotel did not respond to a single letter from me or from trip.com. Tourists can make a mistake and book by mistake - there must be an exception to the rules when booking - cancellation at certain hours is free of charge. (As in other hotels). It's not fair to the guests. We canceled the reservation for ~30 minutes and there were still 4 days before the entrance. The hotel did not respond to our letters several times, the hotel did not respond to trip.com, the reservation was not canceled, the money was not returned to us. There should be exceptions and a human attitude in any rules, situations in life can be different. Perhaps for some tourists it could be the only money, someone just accidentally booked and wants to cancel quickly and so on.

Real patadise :) Really nice place near the beach (2min walk). Bungalows are well maintained and spacious with enough storage. Free coffees and teas at the reception. Good WiFi.

Very good location and room was fine for the money. It just took a while to shower cos the water trickled out.

The hotel is nice. It's a bungalow with two rooms, and the sound quality is good. They'll hear you. The grounds are green, and the location is excellent! Learn more on the "Simple Tourists" YouTube channel. Booking on trip.com is much cheaper than booking on site!

A very cozy house, located in a carefully maintained garden: green, beautiful, and clean. Nearby are elephants, a 7/11, a massage shop, and a coffee shop with amazing coffee and pastries. You can also buy cheese there. It's 7-9 minutes to the sea (cross the road and to the right is another large store, then straight ahead to the sea). They bring elephants to the beach for a swim 3-4 times a day. There are practically no downsides. For breakfast, we bought yogurts, sausages, and triangles with fillings at Seven and ate them on the tables near reception. Coffee, tea, and cookies are free there, 24 hours a day.

A small, cozy hotel. Rooms are cleaned upon request (ours weren't cleaned even once in three days), and water and toilet paper were left at the door. Two supermarkets are nearby! You can rent a motorbike for 200 baht. The sea is 300 meters away, with a sandy beach. Every day, elephants are taken for a swim in the Gulf of Thailand. For 500 baht, you can arrange a private photo shoot and swim with an elephant. In the evening, it's pleasant to stroll towards the sea and have a drink (shakes, coffee, etc.) at the pier or cafe.

I liked everything! I wish there were chairs and a couple of shelves.

This is our third time staying here. We love everything about it. It's perfect for those who aren't picky, the location is excellent, and the staff is friendly. We recommend it to couples and singles with children. We'll definitely be back next year.

This was our second stay during our vacation and we would return again. Excellent value for money. For us, this is a classic budget accommodation with everything we need (at least air conditioning and a refrigerator, plus bottled water, toilet paper, and towels and bed linen are included in the basic package), a well-maintained garden, and everything nearby (7/11 and CJ stores, a massage parlor, pharmacies, a bakery, cafes for every taste, kebabs and banana and chocolate roti stalls, fruit stalls, souvenirs, a food court with our favorite Infinity corner, bars, and the sea is within walking distance). A nice bonus is free coffee at reception (tea, coffee, sugar, cream, a water heater, and mugs). You can rent a scooter right there. We'll be back.

Not a bad hotel for the money. Clean, stayed in room 3B - a room after renovation.

I can recommend it. The location is great, the staff is 5+. When we checked in, we found out that the shower was broken. We went to the reception, they changed it very quickly. My husband and I didn't need any special frills. Therefore, everything suited us.
