I don't like to write reviews because I think everyone creates their own memories from their vacation... For my third stay on Koh Kood, I would like to write a review of the To the sea resort... Thank you in advance for the wonderful 3 weeks spent at this place. Serious and great communication from the beginning. We got the room that we chose a year in advance. The rooms are simple, of course it would need renovation and an extra wardrobe, but I didn't mind at all. The hotel suited us in everything, great location (Bang Bao is the best place on the island if you love swimming and water sports) Great breakfast, and especially a change of dishes every day (Thai). The restaurant prepares fresh seafood bbq on the beach every evening and they have great prices so you don't have to go anywhere. The staff is super nice. A big bonus is the gym (although small but well equipped). This stay was the best and most beautiful on Koh Kood for me. I recommend it only to those who like small resorts, peace, relaxation, sports and swimming. I do not recommend it to those who mind a small breakfast buffet, who are looking for luxury where it is not, and the services of a 5-star resort where they may not be... For me, To the sea is a great choice.

a lovely little resort a great place at a good price. The rooms are lovely the staff attentive and the food very good. the turtles are friendly on the beach. happy hour cocktails..

The whole island is feeling the hostilities between Cambodia & Thailand. Stupid wars. Any how, you’re on an island with waves hitting the shore line, perfect weather, palm trees. An excellent scenario for a chill island getaway. Walking around the beach music is chill, when there’s even music. Here at To The Sea, at the beach bar, techno pop club music pumping out at 3 in the afternoon. Total turn off. Frig me

We used to stay at nature beach resort just next door. We will go back there next time. Will never stay at “to the sea”. The reception - poor standard. The bungalows are ok. The breakfast is not worth eating. The surroundings in the restaurant are awful. The coffee machine I won’t even bother mentioning Sun beds are non existing. Getting beach towels was also a problem. The people working there are nice but don’t speak English. It seems to me that they don’t even care for their job We brought our son and daughter in law. - and I’m glad we’re leaving tomorrow. Ps. The dog in the reception should have a place of its own - just like the pigs and the turtles. Or even better - set them free

Nice hotel with great views over the sea - however they have 3 giant tortoise and a pig kept in small pens, which I don’t think is ethically correct. Keeping giant tortoise I do believe is illegal in Thailand and they don’t look happy. The poor pig is very unhappy, they need to live with other pigs to remain happy and content. It was shock to see this. It needs to be reported.
